Beatty Park Leisure Centre has a number of pools, suitable for all the family. The pool area has been upgraded recently. There's a family picnic area, in an outdoor setting. Beatty Park is about 3 km (2 miles) from the Perth CBD. Getting there is easy, I've been swimming at Beatty Park since I was a teenager.

Beatty Park Leisure Centre is in North Perth, a few miles (kilometers) from the Perth CBD. It hs a 50 metre, 8 lane pool, a dive pool, a lap pool and other facilities. The pool ws constructed for the Commonwealth Games in 1962; it has been updated since. The council charges a modest fee for entry..

Beatty Park Leisure Centre is a pool complex 3 km north of the Perth CBD. It has a 50 metre, 8-lane main pool for serious swimmers, a 30 metre dive pool and 25-metre lap pool ana a "learn to swim" pool, amongst other facilities. Beatty Park wss initially built as the main pool for the British Commonwealth and Empire Games in 1962 The Games were the biggest thing that had ever happened in Perth. Beatty Park has been upgraded since then and it remains one of the top pool complexes in Perth. Entry is $7.20 for adults and $4.50 for children.

Great fun with our second son. The outdoor setting and picnic area was easy reach to view junior playing. Food served was snacks and choice easy with young children.

I went for a swim here (the casual rates are very reasonable) during a business trip to Perth. There are four swimming pools, and the facilities are terrific. The main outdoor 50m pool was busy-ish when I arrived just after 05:30, but the outdoor 30m pool (which didn’t have any lanes laid out) was almost completely empty. Nice clean changing rooms and very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

A great day out for the family; family pass for the family is $9. Four pools; two outside and two inside. The little ones loved the inside pool and that where they should be.
The gym is a good addition, with plenty of classes. Steam room and sauna also available. The cafe is ok food, but often they run out.
The crèche is very useful.
On the weekend or hot day this place can get packed. Overall a lovely place to spend for a few hours or conduct a birthday party for the little one

Great centre with friendly staff and perfect facilities. Huge pools with plenty of room to swim, not on top of others. There is a very good small cafe with an excellent choice of healthy food.

I mostly use the gym here and the spa area.
The gym is well equipped with all the machines and weights yo could need for every type of work out. There is plenty of running machines and there is not typically a long wait for treadmills. The equipment is mostly new and well kept. The ist period is typically between 5 and 7 pm daily and weekends are mostly good for non busy periods. The sap area is good with a large Sauna and steam room and kept in good condition.
The membership is 90 a month for access to all areas and parking is ample.
All round good gym for the general gym goer.

A number of pools inside and outside. Kids play area inside as well as gyms, spin classes and exercise area.
In terms of swimming, they have a great 50 metre outdoor pool with plenty of allocated lanes for swimming at whatever your pace as well as play areas for the kids.
Have food as well as a store for swim gear and sunscreens etc.
It's a combination of an older pool that has a new modern part to the building. A good spot for some fun and or exercise.

I joined just to use the very well equipped Gymnasium but was soon drawn to the olympic pool, the classes, yoga fitness spin etc. & everything else you would expect from a complex that hosted the Empire Games. Very well run with personal trainers & helpers on hand, well stocked kiosk & cafe.
