Riki, the Cooking Professor, lived up to her promise of providing an entertaining cooking experience and we would enjoy eating the results of our (team) efforts. Riki is one of those very talented people who wants to share her love of cooking with everyone. She provided lots of little 1% take homes like how to cut and dice an onion with almost no tears !! I can highly recommend the Spanish Tapas class that we thoroughly enjoyed (eating) and will be back soon to relive the experience with another class.

Had a wonderful time with my auntie learning how to make gnocchi and risotto the teacher didn’t amazing job working with the whole group would definitely book another experience

Great experience, great fun and great learning. Loved it! We did the pasta making course and enjoyed the whole Italian atmosphere.

Spanish tapas class was worth every cent!
Riki made everyone welcome and turned a group of strangers into a productive and friendly team in 2 short hours who then sat down at the end and enjoyed a tapas meal as friends.
The class was informative, fun and the food was sensational.
It was great that Riki also took the time to explain some of the history of tapas, why she used one product instead of another.
I will definitely be back for more of these classes!

We Thoroughly enjoyed the Dumpling workshop held by Sonny. He was very informative, friendly and helpful throughout the whole night with a huge smile on his face! The dumplings we learnt to make where delicious and I would Highly recommend the workshop! I’m keen to do the Vietnamese and Thai workshops by Sonny also.

We wenr along to the long table dining French Cuisine with Jazz Music evening. Food, music and atmosphere was great and good value for the money.

Great evening spent with a remarkable cooking teacher. Learnt some recipes for foods I have always wanted to cook.
I have always loved some of these foods and the recipes we learnt were delicious - as good as I have ever tasted. Hopefully we can duplicate them.
would highly recommend this class and Rikki as the teacher. This is the second class we have done.

What a great night at the Cooking Professor attending the Middle Eastern cooking class with Riki. Both my husband and I attended the cooking session and were very impressed with Riki's cooking knowledge, the fun of the class, and the amazing food. So delicious and I now have a real appreciation for Middle Eastern food. I won't be making my hummus with canned chick peas ever again Riki. Absolutely loved the night and the whole experience.
