I used to love to come here to stay, eat at the buffet, and play table games. I guess since Covid hit it hasn’t been the same. I come to town every couple of months and have stopped by every other time and there’s never hardly any table games going on. Maybe one blackjack, one 3 card, one Miss Stud, and one craps. Always the same…no dealers.

***We visited in September 2020 but review was accidentally placed in drafts.
We stopped here for a couple days. If you are expecting Vegas or Laughlin do not come. This is an off the path casino and a great place to play some games. The Covid makes everything suck but they have done their best. The rooms are average. There are some issues with AC not being able to catch up but the room is cool and clean. It is dated but it is an older casino/hotel that is fun. The slots could be looser for longer playing time but there are plenty of machines to choose from.

Nice get way for the weekend, we stayed here to handle some family business. Everyone was nice. The food was awesome and cooked to order. The rooms were clean. i was there 2 nights and 3 days. Nice drive to Memphis too.

first time and last time visit, so not worth it. No games were paying out at all, vending machines didn't work. Staff wasn't friendly, will never return and never recommend.

The casino is nice and so is the rv park. My comment is based on just the rv park itself and the way they charge.
I was told at the desk that it was $172.60 for 7 days, that figure lasted for a few weeks. The last time I paid for a week I was charged $196.80. I asked why and the lady had what I thought was a manager come and talk to me. Between her accent (?) and muttering behind her mask all I heard was bits and pieces of excuses trying to justify the extra funds.
No satisfactory resolution or real explanation was made. There should be no extra charges, it is an all-inclusive fee.
When you check in at the front desk, I highly recommend getting a definite price from them and made sure that price is what they charge you.
Other than that, the casino is nice and the rv park is clean and safe.
We have a 34' 5th wheel (and no barking dogs like the neighbors. :-)

Coming from C. Arkansas it took us 4 hours to get here. My waze app took us through pig trails. Thank God for my Tundra. We made it though and had a great time. Won a little bit and enjoyed ourselves. That's what it's all about.

Nice place to stay at a reasonable rate. It was around $65 a night with fees. I think some of the reviews I read are just "Sour Grapes" because the buffet isn't open and the slots are tight. We still are in a pandemic even if many people won't believe or accept it. A friend and I take trips to Tunica every year or two and our second trip years ago was staying at The Hollywood Casino. I remember the beds were hard as a rock a few years ago but I was delighted to find that, at least in room 2029 they were soft and comfortable. The room was clean and nice, the air conditioning was actually cold and we had to adjust it. There was a pretty good size refrigerator in the room but it did not have any freezer compartment. Not a big issue but I do like to refreeze my blue ice packs for my cooler. There is no daily maid service right now. I understand this due to the pandemic and businesses having a hard time finding people to employ. It was no big deal however there were a few issues. There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and I just stopped at a local store and bought a small package just in case. I can always use it at home. Perhaps when they clean a room after the guests have left, they can put one extra roll on the counter or somewhere in the room so they won't have to be bothered later. It was also no problem taking out any trash in the room and disposing of it in an outside hotel trash can. Probably the biggest issue with no daily maid service was lack of fresh towels. After showering we just hung the wet towels up to dry wherever we could including the top of the full length mirror outside the bathroom door. In all fairness, when we did check in we were told to call if we needed anything and given a number. Knowing they were probably short staffed we didn't bother them. I have no complaints about the room at all. As I've said before, don't expect 5 star quality and amenities for 2 or 3 star rates.

There were different machines from my last trip so they do keep things updated. The slots were pretty tight but at least you could play for a little while by getting some small pay backs where as a few other casinos are so tight they just swallow your money and in five minutes it's gone. The casino is clean and well maintained. As in most of the Tunica casinos, the buffet is closed, but we knew that ahead of time. We are still dealing with the pandemic and while the casino's have opened back up, either there is still concern for close contact at a buffet or they are lacking employees right now. Only a couple casino buffets are open and only Wednesday through Saturday. Those that are, we noticed, are in the $20+ range. We used to get casino buffets for around $9 depending on senior discount, slot play, member card or specials. I guess with times as they are, those days are gone. They do have signs suggesting masks, but they are not required. I will wear a mask in any enclosed area like a restaurant, store or casino even though I am fully vaccinated as of this past January. Covid-19 is nothing to mess around with!

I'm a Local I know as I've been playing there since the doors opened DECADES ago. The place has gone completely GHETTO. They play a NIGHT SOUNDTRACK THAT IS AWEFUL!!!
Drawings are held all the time and only WHALES are called to Win and most times Two or Three times a night. Penn Gaming not long ago purchased this place and it has been Terrible ever since. I will NEVER EVER RETURN!!!
Don't say I didn't warn you.
I'd give it a MINUS Five Stars if I could.

The slots are a lot of fun but even the penny machines you pay 30 to $1.20 just to play. The games are not a cheap as they used to be.

The King with a pull out, is it an actual sofa size pull out or a chair size? Looking at the pictures on their website I don't see a sofa. With the 2 - bed rooms they description says 2 double beds, but in the comparison chart it lists double and queen. Can someone help me out please? We are looking to stay with 3 adult and 1 child and want the best sleeping arrangements.
Also, is the Titanic replica on the games floor or outside the gaming area where those under 21 could see it?

To take Titanic exhibit is along the outside wall. You do not have to go into the casino area to see the exhibit. Also there are other exhibits that are interesting. I can't answer your question about the sofa and all. Sorry for that. But we enjoyed the hotel and we love the room.

1-800-871-0711 will give you the front desk who can help you with a reservation....there is a handicap RV area (all back-ins) close to side door entrance to casino with all hookups....enjoy!

Not all rooms have a fridge because both of the rooms we had did not have a fridge. Maybe check with the hotel and see if they can put you in a room with a fridge.
