Staff were cordial and professional. Artist on stage put on a great performance. Seats were uncomfortable and uncomfortably close together. I had to really lean to get a view of the artist on stage and I was sitting only 15 rows from stage. Sound and lights were just ok, nothing extraordinary. Room had no character.

Several family members and I met here for the Aaron Lewis concert. This was our first time at Bluesville and we were all impressed. It is a small venue, holds about 1300 I believe, but it had great acoustics and was set up well with good sightlines from seemingly everywhere. We were up on the second tier and could see the stage great. Really comfy seats which isn't always the case at a concert. They also had a bar and bathrooms on our tier so that was really convenient. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The concert was great and I hope to possibly see another one here at some point.

I purchased tickets for my daughter to see Scotty McCreary which was 4 days before she turned 21. Ticketmaster states 18+ can attend the concert if they're with a 21 year old or older. She was going with a 27 year old, so should've been no problem. They're carded at the casino entrance, and the security guard tells her she must have a THIRTY YEAR OLD walk her to the concert venue!!! WHAT?? If these are the rules, then advertise THESE rules, don't get my money and then change the rulles at the door!! Why the heck a "30 year old"? I've been to this venue many times, it's at the back of the casino. How in the heck do you get there without walking through the casino? They couldn't tell them how. So they had to wait for a supervisor to escort them to the venue. The same supervisor is outside the venue after the concert, asked how they liked the show, and let them walk on!! Really?? Thanks for the embarrassing evening Horseshoe!

The staff here is exceptional, so friendly and helpful. I do not think there is a bad seat in the place. The balcony has a lot more comfortable seats than the floor. The sound is good, I would not hesitate to go back for another performance.

Saw Gatlins there last night. We hadn’t been there before. It’s a wonderful venue. All the ushers and other staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Not a bad seat in the house and no smoking! But the band did smoke and the casino was unbearable due to all the smoking. Ticket prices were great for Jonny Lang & Blues Traveler. I would go back. The casino- maybe.

We attended the concert of Skid Row and White Snake. It was amazing. Can't wait to attend another at Bluesville. Everyone was so pleasant and the environment was great

Attended the Nashville in Concert show on July 29th and had a great time. Sat in the balcony which was great because the seats were padded and had cup holders. The seats in the lower section were just regular chairs. Was very surprised at how well the sound was. This was the first concert I've ever been to that I could clearly understand every word sang and spoken by the performers. Would definitely go back if they ever have another concert that I want to attend.

This is a nice, small venue, but the seats are not fixed, stadium seats. The rows are not tiered so on the floor you are looking directly at the people in front of you. The seats are very close together and there are limited aisles. The bar is very slow and expensive.

We saw Billy Currington here and it was general admission. We got there when the doors opened and got 7th row seating. There is a floor for standing only and it was nice and didn't obstruct our view. The sound system is amazing. I will definitely come back for another concert. And Billy Currington was amazing!!
