The music is excllent. I have been going to see thus show for over 20 year. The reason i didnt give it a 5 thia time is bwcause there is way to much talking.
The Coopers never fail to put on a top notch show! We recommend this show to anybody visiting Branson, and we have yet to hear of anyone regretting doing so! It is entertainment at its finest! Class act and fun for the entire family! There is truly something for everyone!
Clay Cooper sings song we all know and love. His show is packed full of talented entertainers from backup singers, dancers, instrumentalists. It’s a family friendly show and I highly recommend seeing it in person!
A very entertaining show with music, humor, and dancing. Do not pass this one by. The show is for all ages and the music covers not just country but religious to popular.
This was my favorite Branson show so far. We live close enough to get to see a show or two about every month so this is saying something. After the show Dean came out to sign and take pictures. Dean didn't just have you come up and get your picture and move to the next. He took time talking with everyone. We will be going back and seeing the show again soon. Maybe his Christmas show next.
This was one of the top shows we saw in Branson. The variety of music, dancing and interactive comedy with the audience kept us entertained, engaged and wanting more. Another thing that made us love this show and theater was, when the line at the box office was getting a little busy, Clay’s wife jumped in and helped with the tickets. I also overheard the lady that worked in the gift shop say they were a wonderful couple to work for. That’s says a lot to me.
Clay Cooper is a great guy, and he owns and runs a top-notch theater. It is easy to say that all the theaters we visited Clay's theater is the most efficient, which makes your visit so much more pleasant to enjoy.
The dress is casual BUT take a light sweater or thin jacket. The theatre is COLD - even on the hottest days. Also, photos are taken when you enter the auditorium - so you'll want to set your jacket, etc. down before the picture. You can follow Clay Cooper Theatre on Facebook (where they post audience pictures every day) to get an idea of what to wear...
We request NO outside food or beverage be brought into our theatre. We do have a concession stand with lots of options for food and beverages which includes bottled water.
The VIP section has more space between the rows and the seats are wider with more cushion. Many people enjoy sitting in the VIP section because they are close to the stage and can see every cast member. The stage itself is only approximately 2 1/2 feet above the ground floor and the seats are on a slope. If you enjoy being right in the middle of the action, I would definitely recommend VIP seats! Thank you for asking!
