Staff was friendly and efficient. great view and inside decor. Paddy gave me the best massage of my life. i wish there were more coed activities. i would rather have spent time in the hot tub with my wife rather than with male strangers.

Excellent couples massage

My husband and I had an awesome couples massage with Jeff and Michelle. Perhaps one of the best we have ever had. They are excellent and we highly recommend them. We like deep tissue and not everyone can do this well. They were outstanding.

Amazing, Spectacular, Well worth the drive and $$$

Absolutely the most amazing, relaxing, incredible spa experience. The price was higher than I would normally pay but WOW!!!!! So hospitable, so nice and clean, and they truly thought of everything in regards to all the amenities..... and my massage....I could barely drive home afterwards it was so intoxicating, thanks Todd!!!! Definitely didn't want to leave and definitely want to go back!

Only thought: wish we could have had food/wine service in the grotto pool area.

HIGHLY recommend, even for the price, it was just spectacular!

Gifted and personable staff

All the great things people are saying about this resort spa are highly accurate. The women’s area has wonderful amenities with a steam room, dry sauna and large hot tub. Of course fluffy white robes, lockers and showers are abundant and everything is well stocked with fresh towels. Of special mention is the grotto-the most tranquil place to rest after a massage! I love it and often doze off, listening to the rainwater heads on the hot tub. Very restful! I’ve gone a few times and must admit that prices are about double the price I’m used to paying but the overall spa amenities make it well worth it.
Lastly, I want to suggest that if you want a REAL deep tissue massage, JEFF is truly gifted. I’ve had others at the spa but now that I found Jeff, I’ll be booking well ahead to get him. He’s got over 20 years of experience and is knowledgeable about chiropractics, reflexology and acupuncture. He was easy to talk with, listened well to my concerns and hit on every nasty sore spot I had. Kudos Jeff!

Great spa experience

Truly an amazing experience! While expensive, there are so many amenities and the service is top-notch that it was totally worth it. The only reason it was not quite 5 stars for me was I booked a Swedish massage and received more of a neurological massage. Most of it consisted of pressure point therapy (even though I voiced before that I was super sensitive and just wanted a light massage) and I truly felt in pain most of the time.

While I know the therapy was beneficial for me and may be something some people enjoy, I purely just wanted to relax and not feel like I was at physical therapy. The grotto and wine were hands down my favorite part. Will definitely come back again in the future!

This spa is a hidden gem. My deep tissue massage was one of the best I have ever received. The spa was excellent at social distancing requirements and mask wearing. The sauna and grotto hot pool were so beautiful and relaxing. I also loved the outdoor showers and seating area that they have. I will return to try out more of their services!

Amazing treatment today at the Spa!

Excellent spa treatment today by Mary! Tried the illumiTone treatment today for the first time and have a follow up appt. in a few days. The spa was amazing. Grotto pool downstairs was a great place to relax after my treatment. Everything was so nice and relaxing. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Experience

The spa at Big Cedar is absolutely wonderful. My sisters and I visited as part of a long weekend and loved it. We each did the sampler package--two treatments for $200. They also have a grotto pool, cold room, sauna, and hot tub that you can use before or after treatments. The sauna was a bit of a bust but everything else was first class.

Best Spa Experience Ever!

The BEST spa experience ever! Do yourself a favor and ask for Naomi or Jodi. Couples spa experience is phenomenal! Worth the price. Stay and enjoy the grotto pool after your treatment. This is a first class, luxury spa. The atmosphere is exquisite and the service 5 star. It is worth every penny. You will be so thankful and feel wonderful!

Stunning Facility

This is one beautiful spa. The swim grotto is delightful. Loved all of the amenities. The only reason this is not 5 stars for me is the disappointing facial. While my skin glowed, the male aesthetician was not gentle with my face. Very heavy-handed with way too fast movements. A facial should be smooth, gentle and relaxing.
