I was denied entry because my purse was too big. The manager was rude about it. I will no longer be a Marcus Theater customer. The manager would not refund me because he said they can't verify my payment method through fandango even though I offered him proof on my phone. I was only offered a gift card to Marcus and I stated to him I don't ever plan on going to Marcus again. I filed a complaint for my $25.59 through the BBB. The new policy should be posted on all websites that sell their movie tickets. I couldn't believe women were taking their purses to their cars where everyone could see. It makes you a target for theft! We drove 5 min away to the AMC St Charles theater, no large purse policy there! AMC had amazing service.

Tyler "on duty manager" (St Charles, MO) refused to let me in with a Dooney & Burke purse with tickets I bought on Fandango. He said it was larger than 12x12x6 and when the flair out at the top was collapsed, it was not. Told me to "put the (over $300) purse in the car" (with no trunk) if I wanted to come in. No warning or policies on Fandango when purchased tickets. Totally unreasonable. Not willing to reimburse me with anything other than Marcus gift card and NO Fandango fee returned. I am never, ever going to Marcus theaters again. Doing my best to tell everyone. Terrible service with Draconian policy never informed until you get to the theater! #MarcusLostMyBusinessForever

Went to a movie expecting to recline enjoy next thing I know a perfect stranger walks up it's just right next to me did not know the person extremely uncomfortable the theater was half full no excuse flashy couldn't have been seated elsewhere I would understand if we were peak time and no seats available but the theater was half empty extremely uncomfortable I guess I have to buy two tickets for one to secure the seat next to me management didn't care assistant didn't care either no worries won't be back I'll tell all my friends the same

We saw End Game. The movie started at 8:30pm. It didn't end until almost 12am. Tickets were sold out for earlier times. I was only able to select one available 2 seats . It would be the 2 seats that weren't heated. If I had known that ahead of time I would have chosen not to see the movie this night. I still had a nice time.

Sweet seats with option to choose seat location and purchase tickets ahead of time online. Lots of movie choices. $5.00 dollar admission to all movies on Tuesday. One big downfall bathrooms are dirty esp bad on Tuesdays.

As Marcus continues to rebrand Wehrenberg theatres in the area, several of the local locations (incl this one) are getting more of the Marcus treatment earlier than others. Seating improvements, dining and beverage choices including beer, wine, cocktails, and select spirits are welcome improvements to bring the locations in-line with a recent decade-plus movement in the cinema industry to cater to family, teen, and adult/empty-nester audiences.
Dolby Atmos, DTS, and TI DLP projection provide awesome movie watching experiences. On rare occasion, the houses (cinema rooms) can be a bit loud, but as the staff get more acquainted with DTS HD and Atmos the sound levels have improved more to the comforting level vs hand-over-ear cringing levels. Still one of the best theatres in St Charles County!

We’re spoiled. Lounge seating, heated, reserved. Only regret is they don’t have an IMAX screen. Plenty of options, plenty of food choices. Priced like all others.

Hi, Join the Marcus Theater free rewards program and when you book your tickets online to select your seats, the processing fee is waived. When you arrive at the theater, you have your tickets and assigned seats, free popcorn on Tuesdays, $5.00 seats, $2.00 hotdogs, $2.00 candy and free refills on soda. That is just the beginning. Next walk down to your movie theater and relax in comfortable reclining HEATED seats. Very nice !! I love this theater. Keep doing what you do Wehrenberg St. Charles Stadium 18 Cine and Marcus Theater. Oh yeah, did I mention with every ticket you buy, you get rewards and eventually you go to the movies for FREE. Lots of good deals with this company. Enjoy !!

I have attended this theater several times over the last couple of months and really enjoyed the experience. The quality of the picture and sound are good. All of the staff I have encountered have been polite and friendly. The theaters have always been clean and I have learned to enjoy the recliner seating. It is nice to have a handy place to keep drinks and snacks. And did I mention, I like the recliners. This place is my new theater home. I like the discounts that are offered on Tuesdays and Fridays - this makes going to the movies affordable again!
