Do not recommend, car break ins all the time along with fights and security is nowhere to be seen. Bathrooms are always dirty, go to west county mall or some where else. Not worth having your car broken into or having your safety compromised.

Saint Louis Galleria is a very large, 1.2 sq. million ft. (110,000 sq. m), multi-level contemporary mall, it has a spacious parking lot and a parking garage for visitors.
There are several upscale department stores in the mall -- Macy's, Dillard's, Nordstrom , there are also other high-end stores, that are popular with public -- Ann Taylor, WHBM, Lacoste, Michael Kors, Helzberg, L'Occitane, as well as dozens of budget shops. Various services are available for visitors: restrooms, phone-charging stations, ATM, stroller rentals. We could see the mall security staff on various levels of the mall, and conduct regulations displayed in front of some stores.
There's a huge Food Court with many quick food options, and more refined restaurants and cafes; there are also 6 Cinemas for customers, the escalators and an elevator provide a convenient and easy access to the upper levels of the mall. Very useful is the Store Directory, that lists all the stores and shows the full layout of the mall.
Saint Louis Galleria mall is modernly decorated -- there are nice paintings and murals by contemporary artists, and the Garden Court with a Fountain brightens more the whole mall experience, creating a pleasant ambiance and comfort.
We visited several stores in the mall, a restaurant and a cafe, overall enjoying our shopping and the time spent in Saint Louis Galleria.

GW Gyro & Wings very rude, threatened by owner that he gets off work at 8 o’clock wanted to take me outside for asking for a refund
Being very hungry and traveling with the family we were looking for a place to get a quick bite to eat. Charley’s popped up in the GPS & off we went to the mall. The kids wanted Chick-Fil-A so it worked out. Feeling adventurous I figured, “Hey, what’s this place Here; let me check it out ”! As I waited and approached the counter, I let the gentleman know it’s my first time. And I’m looking for something good. Does he have any suggestions?
Abruptly he begin to say order whatever you want..try the sample wrap. I told him I’m really interested in the Philly Cheesesteak & I’d like to order One with the five wing deal, fries & a Smoothie. Impatiently he retorted, you get whatever you get. I asked him if the meat was fresh? He shouted if you want ribeye you gotta go somewhere else… Giving him the benefit of the doubt; I resigned from responding to his rude Behavior. When I got the sandwich I opened it which to my surprise was smashed together & the bread was soggier than 1 day old cereal. Without making a big ordeal. I decided to ask for a refund….. Wrong thing to do. The gentleman begin telling me how his food is good & if I don’t like it download the app and request a refund. I said Sir, I never touched any of the items and you mean to tell me you can accept a refund? I ended up paying $21 dollars and change and he shoved $12.00 at me.. I told him Sir, this isn’t professional the way you’re acting. And when you have a business this isn’t the way you treat customers….
Uh oh another mistake I guess?? He told me how he’d been in business for over 30 years and when I get a business come talk to him about running a business. I said Sir, if you’re the owner shame on you. You never know who’s standing in front of you or who you’re working with. I let him know I’m a military man & I’m part of the reason you get to have the freedoms you have. Once I read the company Bio and what they “stand for” it’s completely opposite of the way he treated me. Especially in front of his employees he’s suppose to lead. Then he proceeded to curse and swear at me telling me I was the biggest A- - Hole he’s ever met. Which I told him never once did I raise my voice at you. And now you’re raising up like popcorn. He told me how he gets off at 8 o’clock if I want to come see him & better yet come outside with me right now. I got something for you.
Threatening me in front of my family. At this juncture I told this gentleman hey Sir, why are you threatening me & talking about taking me outside what about Mark Kaplan and Bob Solomon apparently the President and CEO Of the Company? Call them, get ahold of them. They don’t mean anything to me… So basically no service and also take my money and not give me the right change? Very well I told him, you have a bad attitude. By this time he had an employee come over and let her know to call Security. Which I think was a wonderful idea after this “Business Owner” rents a spot in the busiest mall and to him he could careless about the rudeness and improper actions and behavior. Walking away I ended up going to Charley’s and the atmosphere was night and day. I mean the owners were laughing and dancing trying to bring out smiles in the customers. And there’s A reason why the line there was wrapped around the food court. If a individual don’t want to take care of customers in food service.
They need to get out, not only the threats this gentleman spake we’re unacceptable, but the attitude in which he was emphatically suggesting he had something waiting for me as soon as I was found outside of the public view. This is a serious problem that needs to be taken care of. I actually was calm, cool and collective considering the aggressive, tenacious attitude of which I was neglectfully mistreated.

Used to love St. Louis Galleria. Crime became so bad we started going to West County Mall, which has become even worse. We went to The Galleria July 12, 2022, to park in the garage to go to Macy's, LensCrafters, H&M and some shoe stores.
There were a young man and a young woman walking around the garage, who met up with five others. The first man started pulling on car door handles. Needless to say, we did not park or go into the mall to shop.
My husband and I both use walkers and we know we are perfect targets. Would really like to mall shop SAFELY somewhere, but it seems those days are over.
Security needs to be improved in the garage and elevator.

I'm just not a mall person, but I was on a mission to get swimsuits for my young nieces. This mall has a variety of stores, and I ended up finding what I wanted at Dillard's. They also have a Macy's. I ate at St. Louis Bread Company. I got there right at 10 a.m. on Saturday, and there was plenty of parking, but it becomes a little trickier later on. This was also Memorial Day weekend, and there were good sales. I live in a smaller Missouri city, and this is the kind of mall we go to when we visit St. Louis.

We came here to St. Louis for weekend get away for ours Daughters 15 bday shopping. We really enjoyed this all. A lot of high end. Massage place, face, eye brow place. We all really enjoyed bubble boba ( the pooping boba ) is best! It was nice to go to a mall that still was full with stores it’s becoming rare to see a full mall now days!! Great free parking.

I don't feel safe there. A man walked up to me and asked for money. A scary guy was waiting in the garage, he had backed in, i think so he could make a quick getaway. I stay in Macys now. i don't walk in the mall.

What happened to the malls in stlouis? I moved away for 10 years this mall use to be the best, now it’s an embarrassment. First off mask are mandatory but security wasn’t making people wear them.
2nd they had these ladies selling cheap clothes off a folding table in the middle of the mall and they had very loud rap music playing and they where dancing and yelling. What really caught me by surprise was the security guard was dancing and watching the ladies while licking his lips. I was so disgusted by this and the mall had some kids party thing in the other entrance playing very loud music with a dj and was blowing smelly smoke from the smoke machine.
If your looking for a nice place to shop this isn’t it! And plus not many stores for men.

I was so disgusted by this and the mall had some kids party thing in the other entrance playing very loud music with a dj and was blowing smelly smoke from the smoke machine.
If your looking for a nice place to shop this isn’t it! And plus not many stores for men.

I had a wonderful time shopping at this mall. There are plenty of stores to choose from and several places to eat. I felt perfectly safe and saw mall security present.

We only stayed one night due to catching a flight the next morning to go on vacation. Went to the mall for a couple things we had forgotten and was in there for probably less than an hour and came back out to our car looking like this. & it had happened to several other cars there too!
