My day was amazing at the Garden Chapel. The coordinator that we had been liaising with wasn't there on the day but the other ladies were fantastic. My photographer git the wrong day but said she'd be there as quick as she could. We went ahead with the ceremony anyway. Janet the minister was so lovely and made us both feel at ease. We had the garden party afterwards which was very nice. When the photographer turned up a lovely ladybat the Chapel announced we could do it all again so we could get photos. It was absolutely amazing. This lady made my day. I would highly recommended getting married at the Flamingo. The setting was perfect.

The Flamingo Garden Chapel was an amazing venue, and everyone there was incredibly kind. The setting was perfect for our wedding.
However, I am giving a 4-star rating due to some communication issues. I booked the chapel a year in advance and paid half of the fee at that time. I expected the wedding advisor to inform me when the second payment was due or to reach out again when the 2nd payment was due. Unfortunately, the advisor did not provide a specific due date for the second payment in our emails.
Three weeks before my wedding, I received an email stating that my payment was overdue and needed to be sent immediately to avoid cancellation. As someone who is very organized and diligent about important dates, I checked our email correspondence and realized that the due date was only mentioned in the attached receipt. While I acknowledge that I should have reviewed the receipt more carefully, it would have been helpful if the advisor had clearly stated the due date in the email or sent a reminder a few days before it was due. This would have prevented the last-minute panic.
Additionally, on the day of the wedding (after the ceremony), the minister informed us of an additional $75 fee for her services. I was not aware of this charge beforehand, as it was not included in the venue's listed fees. I only had $100 with me, which was inconvenient. It would have been better if the advisor had informed me of this charge in advance so I could have been properly prepared. We had to meet with the advisor a day before the ceremony so this would have been the perfect time for her to mention, by the way, our ministers charge a fee. I honestly thought the fee would have been included in the price of the ceremony.
Overall, while the venue and staff were wonderful, improved communication would enhance the experience for future couples.

We just got married there. - So that you know they don't offer everything in the brochure they uploaded. - The garden party states there is ICE, but there is not. If you love warm champagne it will work for you. It's Not even Chilled. - Missing a bottle had to do part of the toast with water for guests that don't drink. Left my wedding to find the coordinators to get the missing bottle of Cider. - The Cupcakes are mini/bite-size, but they don't tell you that either. "they are similar to those in the picture" (told in multiple calls) When you read cupcakes you think regular size, not mini/bite-size. Again misleading wording. - The favor Table wasn't set up, I Had to remind them 15 minutes before. Even though it was discussed with the coordinator that they would do that. " We don't set up a table inside because you would see them in the pictures" ( Told in call after the wedding) - The guest Book was not set up where we discussed and agreed upon its placement. " We don't do that, it is always placed in the garden area" (told after the wedding when I called) - Flowers petals bought to line the runner. Someone Made them into a Heart at the end of the runner. Again Not what we wanted nor were we asked about the change they just did it. - the Aisle Runner, bunched at the door in the chapel, created a tripping Hazard, and ripped as well. The photographer tripped on it, and others. "We don't put runners in the chapel, we did as a courtesy to you" ( Why not just give the money back and explain that then, instead of doing a crapy job and taking the money) - The garden Area was decent but as a guest found someone else's boutonniere on the ground along with a bouquet where our tables and first dance were to take place. (last wedding, and hot so guess they didn't care) - Communication was excellent at first, we felt important. As time went on it became 3-4 before a response. This seemed to happen after our balance was zeroed out. Even now our coordinator was supposed to get back to us Sunday. Its Wednesday, and nothing. We Called in 3 times to speak to a manager, always out of the office or in a meeting. I left Messages for a return call and still nothing. (the first call was Friday) - When I spoke to the coordinator Friday she became rude and defensive placing blame on us for not asking the right questions, even tho the brochure she sent us in the email and on this site shows and states certain service and items in packages we paid for. Told us that everything we planned they didn't do. Like she didn't remember agreeing to them all and said that they could do them for us. We never asked for anything crazy just an extra table for favors (we also said we would pay if it was extra) - The photographer seemed to be in a rush. "Didn't get our picture suggestions" so we didn't get some of the shots we wanted. Also said "they put the flamingos to bed" so we wouldn't be able to take pictures with them. We saw them sleeping out in the open the next night at about 10pm - The best part of the wedding was we got married and the guests who didn't know what was missing loved it. Also, the private transport I booked was a hit and the Dinner venue I booked was loved. So just beware, I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what we did. Ask the questions and if you ok with it go for it. It is a beautiful venue just not staffed with the best.

We had a very small simple ceremony here in December, and the whole process was easy and smooth. Illiana was such a great person to communicate with to coordinate the whole thing into a painless experience. She was able to answer any questions or concerns and even helped us book a room for our stay. On the wedding day, everything was surprisingly easy, and everyone was briefed on the general process. The minister was great and did a wonderful job. The photographer was amazing too and everyone was impressed with her. Again, our group was very small so it was simple, but we were still really impressed with how it was organized!

My husband and I got married here on November 28,2022. We did a small little wedding and it was perfect the minister was so sweet, her name is Janet. She did this cute thing where she gave us an envelope with a little poem and and $2 bill that was folded into heart. The chapel was very clean and the staff was amazing. They were so organized and had answers for every question and worry. Me and the husband agree if we want to do a vow renewal we would definitely come see these ladies again.

My husband and I got married at the Flamingo Garden Chapel. It was a beautiful location however there were many things during the ceremony that took place that we felt totally took away from our wedding experience. It was very unorganized, we arrived the day before to go over the details but were rushed out of the office because they were short staffed and the lady running the front desk was too busy on the phone. The day of the wedding did not go as planned. The music from the pool overpowered our ceremony. It was way too loud, despite us being told that it wouldn’t be. The music that was supposed to be played didn’t start until after the third groomsmen walked down which completely messed up our video because no one knew the groom was coming down the aisle. We payed for a garden party which turned out to be a joke. There was supposed to be music playing while we gathered and celebrated. The older guy only played music by request. There were other things that went wrong but not worth getting into. Overall, i wouldn’t recommend because the service was rushed and it seemed like once they get your money then your nothing but another person on the roster. Also, I called them to tell them about my bad experience and they told me they would follow up but never did. Poor service.

Our wedding at the Flamingo was AMAZING! We got married by the falls which was a lovely background. Our cupcake/champagne party after was a perfect way to celebrate. Iliana was super helpful and made our ceremony and garden party run flawlessly. The photographer we had captured so many amazing moments - everything was better than I even could have hoped!

This a beautiful venue enclosed in the perfect mix of green scenery with beautiful Vegas buildings in the backdrop. Our wedding coordinator Laura kept in close contact with us all throughout the wedding planning process. She replied to emails and returned phone calls promptly, never missing a beat or letting communications fall through the cracks. We really felt taken care of. The day of the wedding, the ceremony was coordinated beautifully. The transitions between each part of our ceremony and the music on our playlist was seamless! I highly recommend this venue and Laura and her team if you want to have a gorgeous venue and unfortgettable experience.

Wow!! My now husband and I wed here at the Gazebo Chapel on June 4, 2022. The Gazebo Chapel is gorgeous! Our wedding was PERFECT!! Our coordinator Lliana Gilbert was amazing! We planned our wedding one year in advance. She was holding my hand all the way through the process. Lliana is very “businesslike”, very professional. She responded to ALL of my emails and questions over the time period of a year. We met Lliana the day prior to our wedding. She handled everything, every detail! She was amazing. My husband and I did everything we were asked to do previously regarding our music selections, floral arrangements, seating, etc. and she handled every detail beautifully.
On our wedding day I was so nervous but everything flowed so beautifully that I couldn’t be nervous long. It was a beautiful flow, a beautiful wedding, and I’m so happy to write this review because she deserves it. If you have your wedding at the Flamingo make sure to have Lliana plan it. She’s very detailed, responsive, respectful to your desires, and is a perfectionist! We we both very pleased.
On our wedding day I was so nervous but everything flowed so beautifully that I couldn’t be nervous long. It was a beautiful flow, a beautiful wedding, and I’m so happy to write this review because she deserves it. If you have your wedding at the Flamingo make sure to have Lliana plan it. She’s very detailed, responsive, respectful to your desires, and is a perfectionist! We we both very pleased.

This venue was perfect! Our wedding planner, Iliana, was super helpful the whole way through this process. She made everything so easy on us and I couldn’t have asked for a more magical wedding than this. The Garden Chapel was beautiful and everyone that attended the wedding loved it as well.

I love the chapel but need to know where the reception was held? Is there a buffet for weddings? Is there a semi private room that can be booked to hold the reception after the wedding? What is the price per plate and is there an option with drinks included?

Are the flamingos or flamingo habitat near the outside gazebo? Can you smell or see them from the gazebo?

You cannot see them from the gazebo, nor can you smell anything offensive. It is walled off from the outside world with lovely vegetation, world of it's own. Was beautiful!

Hello Vonda, thank you for your question about the cost of providing your own flowers. Currently, our "Own Vendor Fee" is $150. Fairly soon, though, we will be increasing that price to $200. This fee applies for each separate vendor you decide to hire outside of those we have contracted with.

Hello Chadam! Thanks for your question. During pool season, there may be times when you hear sounds from the lower pool. If you're highly sensitive to sound, I recommend scheduling a ceremony before 1pm or after 6pm. The team here really care for our wedding groups. We've made some strategies recently which I believe will assist in keeping hotel noise at a minimum. We also have a great sound system at the Gazebo so your guests can hear you and your spouse as you exchange your wedding vows.
