We had a great time here. The food was good, I had the Cajun chicken pasta, and a mojito then a margarita. I didn’t care for the margarita but that was the only thing I had a problem with. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

House of Blues has such a great atmosphere. The service was very friendly. The food was great my only complaint was it was not very warm. The live entertainment was amazing playing great songs we loved with spectacular bass and electric guitar playing.

Very neat place to tour, fun seeing various car clubs come in and park as well. Lots of great photo opportunities. Also nice that there is not cost to tour, staff there were very friendly as well.

Who doesn’t love Santana music, it’s awesome. Unfortunately, the participation from Carlos Santana was virtually nonexistent. He did stay on stage for a good part of the performance but didn’t sing any songs! Every now and then he would bark a single word into the mic, but other than that he was not participating. Someone else sang all the vocals. Most of the time I don’t think he was really playing his guitar either. Maybe he wasn’t feeling well but who would know since he didn’t talk to the crowd.
You would think that in a show titled “Intimate Evening with Santana “, Carlos might at least come to the mic and welcome the crowd and tell a few stories throughout the performance. Nada.

We had beers and nachos at the bar and we had breakfast at the restaurant. We listened to live music there for a bit. Friendly staff. We liked our breakfasts and our nachos were pretty good

The staff at House of Blues treated us like royalty. They provided fast, friendly service. Portions were more than we could eat. Our waitress was attentive to our drinks and prompt to offer assistance. We enjoyed the chicken tenders and drinks. The atmosphere is relaxed and sets the mood for a good concert.

Carlos Santana was amazing! He played a great mix of songs and covered his biggest hits. The band was incredible. We had a VIP table that was definitely worth it! Not only did we have table service but it came with a bottle of wine, tote bag, posters and even a box of macrons.
However, the location of the table did not match the seating chart when we bought the tickets. We were further back and more off to the side. Thankfully we were still able to see the stage but another couple at the table with us couldn’t see. Getting into the venue was challenging as well. There were no signs saying where or how to line up. Because of that, we had to stand in a long line before a staff member moved VIP ticket holders to a separate, shorter line.
Overall we had an amazing time. Highly recommend seeing Santana while you are in Las Vegas!

Carlos Santana show was fantastic. The sets were amazing. It didn’t matter where you sat because you would have a great view. They accommodated ADA and their staff especially ROB was exceptional. I will be back for a concert.

We attended a show at House of Blues in October 2023. We had seats in the upper level. The seats are very comfortable. The upper level has its own washrooms and bars which is very convenient. Sound was great in the concert hall. A great spot for live music!

Went to see Santana. What a great show he put on. The sound system was excellent. The VIP seats were amazing and worth the cost. We were seated near the sound pit. I was worried about it being in the way, but it built so the sound crew and equipment is in a pit. The folks that had standing room tickets...no way I could see myself standing for the entire show. Santana and Cindy are the bomb. Another "must do" is off my list!
The food was very good. We had the Brisket sliders, tacos brisket and loaded fries. Our waitress Ivalina was excellent!
I would not hesitate to come to another House of Blues show.

I’m going to a concert there in April 1, 2022. Are they still requiring a negative Covid Test for people who are not vaccinated? There website has no info except that they are following local protocols.

For me it wasn't- but it might be for you. The venue had assigned seating so getting in early held no advantage. The food we did order when we arrived was delicious. If you enjoy getting to a venue early, getting settled in and not having to rush around to "get to the show" then it is a decent deal. It would also be nice if you are traveling with a small group so that you can socialize a bit before the entertainment. Hope this helps and I sincerely hope you enjoy your time in Las Vegas.

I would get there at least 45 minutes before the doors open if you want to be up front. Keep in mind you will be standing for a long time.

We were in the first row center in the mezzanine. There was a cable running from left to right that was just eye level. It was totally useless since it would never keep anyone from falling off the mezzanine. It was just annoying.
