I'm not positive. The chairs are spaced at least 6 feet apart in pairs. I was only looking down at the pool from my room. I know you have to wear them outside on the strip so I don't know why it wouldn't be enforced to wear them while you are not swimming. Unsure about about the food, but I did see a lot of staff milling around so I am thinking there is service.

Hi, yes there are pool towels at the pool for guests. I went late in the day, and had to ask for a towel- but they had plenty. The pool closes at 7pm, which I think is too bad, because I like to swim after the sun is down. you can't bring your own alcohol according to the rules. Have fun!

While it is harder to find $5 Black Jack Tables today, they do exist on the strip. The best place to find $5 Blackjack for years was Bill's. When Bill's was purchased and remodeled they took away the $5 tables and so went their $5 customer base! Many of the casinos (Paris, Excalibur, Flamingo, NYNY...) still have $5 Blackjack depending on the gambling activity, day of the week and time of day. Once you find your spot stick with it, as the tables get scarce as the day goes on!
