My wife and I stayed Fri-Mon in the front tower. Check-in was smooth. Room was dated, but very clean. Easy self parking.
It had good internet, many channels on the TV, coffee maker, fridge, good water pressure, nice pool and fun casino. Good cocktail service.
The service was excellent, from the front desk, cashier, security and all other staff.
I will stay again here on my next visit to Laughlin. Fun trip.

Needs some updating in the hotel rooms. The bathroom fan didn’t work at all and sign said to keep the door close else the smoke alarm might go off! The toilet could use some updating since it has a noisy water fill that takes awhile. Wear flip flops for the well-tracked carpet. The vending machines didn’t work on a couple floors but maybe they want you to buy soda in the gift store. Nevada is still in the dark ages with allowing smoking inside of a building! Also could use a charger strip to charge phones. Only one lamp has it. A bit tight on the slots too! What’s with the Swiss clock tower and architecture for a tropical name?

Stayed here one night at a really great rate. We live full time in an RV and we were just looking for a night to “get away”. This was nothing fancy but it met our needs. Played some, drank some, and had a place to sleep.

We stayed here so we could be close to go to a concert at the Laughlin Event Center - Brooks & Dunn (different review..lol), so when we first pulled up & checked in...there was over a 100 people in line, & fortunately the line did move up & fortunately only took about 45 minutes which i first thought it would be over 2 hours...this in the longest time (45 min) it has ever taken for us to check in before, so that was a first. As I was walking in & the security guy directed me to the very back of the line, & another guy in line yelled at me that I should have packed a lunch, & I also overheard the guy behind me say that they spent almost $300 for that night & got to stand in this long line too..so much fun & alot of sarcasm. There seemed to be lines no matter where we went..check in, to go in the elevator, the parking elevator, shuttle to the concert & back, & to check out & we did not eat there since we ate elsewhere since everything took so long to do. I was happy that I didn't pay the high price, & they weren't sold out, & our room was a non-smoking room (& a first... that it had not a trace of smoke or musty smell which we usually encounter...as I have allergies & asthma & very sensitive to smells) so that is why I rated the 3 stars & location. The room was clean & no smells & worked for why we were there & we actually got some rest. We stayed in the Promenade Tower & had a view of the parking structure.

I liked this casino better than Harrah’s, however slots were still very tight as they seem to be at all Caesar’s properties. But it was well laid out and nice and clean.

I would not recommend this casino ever...I think that the people are very rude especially the drink servers...

First thing I got a smoking deal on priceline for 2 rooms for 3 days and 2 nights. Paid on priceline. Knew there would be resort fees but im a platinum card holder and was under the impression if I showed my id and card the fees would be waived They weren't. Its been almost 2 weeks still waiting on my deposit back

Room I was given had a industrial fan running in it when I arrived. I called the desk and they told me the carpets were just cleaned and they must have forgotten to take the fan out.
I then went into bathroom and found the top of the toilet lid off ad leaning against the wall. Suspicious, I then flushed the toilet and it almost overflowed onto floor. Was this why the fan was on in the room?
Also, there was an open bar of soap , sitting on its original wrapper , sitting on the sink. They also gave only one tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and the shower!
I was not offered any type of compensation for having these problems and for having to take all my belongings back down to the desk to get a new room. Plus, the hotel has no housekeeping at this time!
By the way, the room was not cheap. Treat your guests better Tropicana! Will never return here!

Typical Nevada Casino. A lot of their machines were old or broken. But the staff was very nice and helpful! I would try the slots again.

They do not have live poker. The Riverside has a nice poker room. It is just down the street.

Sorry, but if Tropicana Laughlin has an arcade I have not seen it, I am assuming video games and such for younger people, rather than adults.
