We were lied to the hotel that said we could stay overnight in our RV and the guy came out an hour later and said we can't stay in that we weren't welcome here and I think that's rude won't be back again

Horrible Horrible customer service, front desk was extremely rude, booked 2 nights on priceline for 213.00, hotel is pet friendly BUT.. they neglect to tell you that there's a 85.00 per night pet fee, plus a 100.00 deposit, plus a 45.00 resort fee, so minus the deposit we have to pay 428.00... BUT that's not the worst part,front desk told us our dog can't be left in the room alone, so we can't go out to eat, and we can't go to the gaming floor, THEN we get to the room and it's hot and stuffy with a horrid smell of a cross between urine and mildew, go try to turn ac up,... HA it's as high as it will go, honestly I've stayed in cleaner better Motel 6's, this place is a high priced dump...

Air conditioning was not working, 112 degrees outside, asked to be moved to another room, was told they were sold out, so they would send up maintenance , 1 1/2 hours later, he shows up as we were headed out of room to leave, A/C was filthy, disgusting, he vacuumed and replaced filter, said it was still not working properly, we headed down to check out, amazing they now had room for us, BS, manager was very rude as to if we were making it up, finally got a refund after showing pics of disgusting AC filth, Will never go there again, and suggest you stay away, very dated and not maintained

Was on a charter flight out of Mesa. Long story short. Flight Scheduled for 5:50 pm departure. First delay 6:30 departure due to mechanical issues. 2nd delay 7:15 departure due to mechanical issues. 3rd delay Plane in flight from Laughlin. Will arrive in Phxat 8:30 pm. We had been at airport as instructed since 3:00 pm. Tried to book rooms at Harrahs AkChin as we didnt want to wait till 8:30, and didnt know if we were actually going to leave at that time. They refused since we had 4 nights of rooms booked in Laughlin. Called Laughlin to cancel. Said there will be a penalty of 400.00 per person. Last announcement at 7:30 pm was that flight was cancelled as the airline employees reached the limit of hours they can work for the day. No apology, no compensation from Harrahs Laughlin, etc.

We were in room 20282 and noticed the hallway carpet was a trip hazard due to waves in the carpet (unsecured). Upon entering the room, we noticed a number of issues that we feel should not have been encountered for a room charge of $174.00 (without room and resort fees) and the expectations of your hotel brand. Near the front door there were numerous paint drips on the floor. Inside the closet the wall was out of alignment and paint was on the floor. The drapes were badly in need repair or replacement. The wall behind the bedside table was badly scratched. And finally, the sheets had holes in them.

Had not been here since before COVID. Had one trip booked but cancelled when Legionnaires disease hit the place. Came on junket and stayed in South Tower. Room had loud air condition blower motor. I would shut off at night. Bed was awful. My back would start aching about 4 AM. The wife got sick. Don't know why. Got better on 4th day. We went to Oatman for the Donkeys. Lots of noise in hallway and door slamming all night.
The eating choices were scant. Used to have a Diamond lounge. Of course now closed. Starbucks was always 30-45 minute wait. Buffet of course is closed. Pretty bad when a shake and fries was ordered the most.
The casino floor was.... well a casino floor. Drink service was usually SLOW. Even my wife complained. Not every time, but often enough. 45 mins to hour to get a drink. Sure not a 7 Star experience.
The beach was fine except for many kids and the HEAT. 123 degree days there. Felt like an air fryer.
The place is not what it used to be. Not going back

Nice little vacay on the Colorado River! We did the Caesars Air juncket from CHA. Laughlin had record breaking temps which were a bit rough, but between the water taxi and the shuttle to Tropicana we managed to get around. The room was comfy and had a fridge.
Chose a room in the "21 and up" South Tower, which really must not be "21 and up" (as the Caesars Air website stated) because there were lots of children in the South Tower. Not sure what that's about. Perhaps website needs updated? There is, however, a 21+ pool which was great, quiet and relaxing. There is a family pool as well.
It's nice that the elevators for the "family towers" (Central and North Towers) are right off the food court where the Red Mango (frozen Yogurt), Cinnabon, Smash Burger and Pizza Carryout are located, especially if you don't want your children exposed to the ciggies walking through the Casino.
Non-smoking area in the Casino is near the steakhouse. It would be nice to have that part cordoned off a little better as sometimes smokers drift over with ashtrays in tow and don't realize it's non smoking. Many other Casinos have that same issue.
All in all very nice get away. Would like to try it again in cooler temps! Definitely another trip when we can enjoy the Riverwalk!

My son and his wife and their two small sons were going to Laughlin and invited me. Our room had no working air conditioning. We called 3 times and nothing was done. We asked for 2 washcloths.... nothing. We asked for an extra pillow and were told there weren't any. We had no remote for the TV and no "do not disturb" sign. We could deal with most of that but the lack of air conditioning when the outside temperature was 110 degrees was appalling.

I wasn't sure what to expect with the mixed reviews I read. I was satisfied with my stay. My room was nice & clean when I arrived. I liked having a frige & inroom coffee.The beach & pool area was nice with plenty of towels. Everyone I encountered working was nice. They have a shuttle which takes you to Tropicana & you can walk to other places from there. Otherwise, you can't just walk to anywhere from the property. You can also take the river taxi from the property to get around. I wasn't a winner, which is ok but, I was disappointed in the cocktail service. I sat for an hour playing & ended up going to the gift shop for a beer & they were proud of it.

What is the best way to get from Laughlin to Las Vegas? Are there any tour buses that do this for the day? We will be there in February and would love to visit Vegas for a day. Thanks!

You cannot smoke in renovated rooms. You can smoke in casino except in the nonsmoking section.
