The Queen beds were extremely soft and worn out. Both had a ridge or hump in the middle. My mistake was booking on Hotels.Com to save. At check out were charged almost $22.00 resort fee. We wanted a room to attend a concert. Not going back to this location for other nights in Laughlin. The toilet was like something for a preschool. I'm a full grown man and the toilet put my knees above my ears.

I kept getting harrased by Security, Man wearing light blue shirt, snd one thats older, wearing all black uniform,, Because I met him in Bar, months ago, and refused to give him, my number!! And he wanted me to smoke, iam not a smoker of any sort, with him! He seem too intoxicated too deal with! He treapassed me, when he saw me! I never did anything wrong, i was just gambling, not bothering anyone! I would not recommend solo travelers to go here, And gamble alone, your more likely to stand out, And makes security, Have fun, Harassing a lone slot machine, gambler over time,,

Very bad, the place is a dump
$36 a night advertised price turned out to be over $200
Very dirty and smelly. I was told that it has been updated and remodeled. it was not.
I don’t think they change the sheets because there was a large toe nail in the sheets
The bathroom cabinets will beat up in the mirror at some of the reflective areas missing. The TV remote worked part time, the toilet would flush and spin for about five minutes before it would actually flush. The staff behind the counter was not at all interested in our complaints or looking to do anything to correct these issues, customer service in this country is gone down the tubes.
Then there were the added expenses like a resort fee a some other fee for parking and a coffee in your room keep your coffee. Again the place is a dump I recommend staying out of this hotel and getting a hotel in Bullhead city

I've been to the Edgewater more than 20 times, and it's gotten worse each time.
The hotel isn't nice, but you know that going in. The rooms aren't horrible, but the bathrooms/showers are embarrassing. I was afraid to stand in the shower without protective covering on my feet.
The worst part, however, was my gambling experience. I have played a lot of blackjack in my life, and I know "misdeals" happen. "Credible" casinos, however, almost always give the benefit of the doubt to the players. Incredibly, however, three times within an hour, the dealer dealt herself a third card. I had 20 the first two times and 11 the third time, and each time, the pit boss and dealer voided the hand. At the very least, they should have randomly selected two of the dealers card to play and then given each player the option of continuing or opting out of the hand. As it was, they "voided" two almost-sure winners and a double-down hand.
I don't know if the pit bosses are under pressure to increase profits, but I was surprised when it happened one, shocked when it happened again, an angry when it happened a third time.

Love the variety of slots and tables here. New machines and old. I tried both and won $$. The view of the Colorado River made it a lot better too.

It was a awful place to stay smelled weird the shower was dangerous the floor in the bathtub was very slippery the air conditioner made a lot of noise in the people at the front desk were very rude

The table staff, pit staff are awesome. great customer service, never without a drink being offered. Very helpful Craps table staff. Best treatment in all of Laughlin.

We hit every casino in Laughlin but none compared to Edgewater. A decent variety of slots to play and service at the machines was impressive! A shout out to Kristen from New York for her excellent attentiveness. There are food options close to the gaming as well as more upscale places on site.

My wife and I visited the casino. They have both old and new slot machines and all the popular table games in the pit. They have a great Race & Sports Book run by William Hill. Good dining options in all price points. They have a Denny's that is open 24/7. Easy parking and friendly staff. I added many photos of my visit and will return again when I visit Laughlin next month.

hi,,won this trip for 2..we are scared to stay here..sounds horrible..i will bring a coffeemaker & coffee for our room..no entertainment Monday & Tuesday///w0w..i will pass on what happens..2 girls celebrating a birthday...

Stayed there last month. Decent rooms, clean with sweeping views.The pool water was being changed while I was there and it ought to be great now. There is a spa too. The exercise room was operating room clean, like no one ever uses it. I did. Nice ! Duncan Donuts in the lobby makes very good coffee - I had it every day I was there. And the breakfast was not bad. Also, I don't know how they treat the water but it tastes great out of the tap ! I would stay here again, no question. Have a stroll along the river or walk up or down the street to a local hangout. There are raccoons that live along the river. Amazing.
