This experience was educational and entertaining. Unlike most travel experiences, this one is not crowded with a busload of people. It is small, intimate and a lot of fun. You learn about raptors and experience their skills and abilities. Our guide, Kathleen, is very knowledgeable and easily answered all questions. And yes, you do get to handle the birds. I would do this adventure a second time. I seem to be more observant now when I see a bird of prey in the wild. Give it a try. I don't think that you will be disappointed. It is a one of a kind opportunity.

Wow this was one of the best things I have ever done in my life!!! Kathleen was so knowledgeable and professional. The falcon that I got to hold, and the hawk was indeed SO EXCITING! The baby owl on my lap was the cutest thing ever and ALL the raptors were beautifully cared for. I could have spent hours walking through the countryside with these beautiful birds.

Incredibly awesome. The birds came to our gloved fists for up close and detailed observation in a natural setting. . Kathryn is a licensed falconer and hugely informative about raptors and the hawk, falcon and owl we interacted with. Once in a lifetime opportunity.

What a fun and fabulous event! Kathleen is wonderful and had a beautiful tent set up with refreshments so you are not always directly in the sun. The raptors were beautiful, healthy and so well trained. Kathleen shared all her experience and knowledge about the raptors and falconry. What a thrill to have these beauties fly to your arm!

I got up close to these amazing birds! I even wore a glove and had a hawk perch on my arm. A truly magnificent experience.
Lady hawk/falcon Master is very knowledgeable over all thing falconry. Lots of refreshments provided. Comfortable outdoor patio seating area.

This was an experience I longed to do as a birder.

The birds we got to handle were super cool and the guide was very informative. Really enjoyed seeing the birds fly around and snag treats and they would land on your gloves. 🦅🦉

We traveled 100 miles to Reno for this experience and it was worth it! The birds were AMAZING (have you ever looked an owl in its beautiful eyes or a had a hawk land on your hand from a swooping dive?!). The instructor was both knowledgeable and elegant. We LOVED this experience and highly recommend it ♥️
