We did 2 rooms. The cabin and the asylum. Both were very creative and fun in their own ways. The asylum was a lot of fun starting in handcuffs (handcuffed to a friend) and being separated into 2 different cells (3 of us in cell 1 and 2 of us in the other). I love it when escape rooms are different like that. We were able to beat both rooms but not without some effort. Highly recommend this place. Definitely some of the better rooms in Reno!

This was my first visit to an escape room. We went with my son and his fiancé. My husband was quite unsure he would like it.
We chose the Blackbeard brig theme and it was too much fun. We got stuck several times but did not want to ask for help. I was “the weakest link”!!
I wanted to do it again as soon as we finished!!
Espy was wonderful and greatly added to our very positive experience!
I’ll be back!

Great family fun. My 13 year old son me and my hubby did the cabin room puzzle and with the help of Cassie our gracious host we nailed our first puzzle room. We will definitely be back to try another.

Puzzle Room Reno was very accommodating to our family with small children. Staff was very friendly and it was easy to book online. My daughter is already asking when we can come back.

We did asylum and it was very very fun. We have done every single escape room there and everyone is unique and interactive. I do wish that there was a new room because it seems like the five rooms have been there forever. However a great experience and I recommend!

So much fun. We came back the next day to do another room. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will be back to do all the rooms in the future.

We were in Reno for an event, and walked by Puzzle Room while shopping. Since we love escape rooms and had free time, we decided to go in. They had a pretty clear schedule, not usually so easy to find in escape rooms in San Francisco. The price was very good compared to what we’re used to in the Bay Area. The escape room was beautifully decorated and the puzzles were fun and interesting. We managed to escape with about 5 minutes left. I would recommend Puzzle Room Reno to all escape room fans. I am likely to go back next time I’m in Reno. Quint was a great host.

This was the first time I went to the puzzle room. We got the lost cabin room. It was challenging at some parts but once we got some clues, it was easier. My group and I did not make it out in time as the last obstacle was very confusing- it was the star circle board thing. But overall, I will be going back there.
