My husband and I took the wine tour with Nathan, and he did an outstanding job. We learned a lot and tasted some excellent wine. I'm so glad we joined the wine club.

Beautiful part of the country, fall in New Hampshire. Small winery, but big on great wine. Nathan is a great wine maker, very informative and personable. A must visit if your in the area. Mahalo Nathan from Hilo Hawaii

We visited the Seven Birches Winery and had the lovely experience of Meghan’s hospitality. We walked in at 6:23pm (on our last night in town) knowing they closed at 7pm but reassured her we’d be done on time. She was patient, welcoming, and made us feel totally comfortable. Her knowledge of the wine was more than impressive. Meghan went on to tell us about the wine club which we happily joined. We especially love that the winery is independently owned! Seven Birches is lucky to have Meghan be a part of their team. We can’t wait to visit in the spring!

Must stop for Wine in NH!

The tour was very informative about the creation of wine. From types of yeast to varietals. The wine was great! Nathan the winemaker had a great personality and answered everything our group had to ask.

Interesting, Informative and Fun!

Nathan’s passion for winemaking is evident in every word he speaks! It was very informative, interesting and fun! Mark, the owner, dropped in to chat with us as well and share a story or two. One was about how they chose the name — recommend asking! Definitely going back next year when the expansion is completed!

Meet the winemaker.

Had a great time with Nathan the winemaker. He was very informative in the process and very detailed when answering our questions. What could have made it better is if we were able to sit down and taste the wine. It was not much of a tour really, but standing in place for over an hour.

Fun if you like wine.

It’s a very small operation space and it’s mostly a discussion of what they do and how. Tasted 6 wines. Will be moving into a new space next year so will likely be different then.

Thank you for the review. You are spot-on! We are expanding and expect to have our new winery open in Spring, 2024. We call this tour the "Meet the Winemaker" tour because the existing space is so small and filled with equipment that it is hard to move big groups around. So, we instead, have a deep discussion on the way our wines are made and give you a chance to ask all of your questions about wine with the pros. We hope you come back after we open our new winery. Then, we will be able to walk you through the new space, try some wines, and still get into the weeds of winemaking with the winemaker. Thanks again for coming. See you soon!

Highly recommend this tour & tasting! Nathan the winemaker & Mark the owner couldn’t have been nicer! Very knowledge & anecdotal info on entire wine making process. Best part? The wine was awesome!! Do yourself a favor and go!
