Wonderful entertainment.

We enjoyed the production of Oliver. The cast of actors and actresses were outstanding and very talented. The theatre is very nice and there are really no bad seats.The sound was good. Ill definitely come back again.Glad we made this a stop and happy to recommend to all.

The Best of Theater...right here at Lake Winnipesaukee!

What a perfect afternoon - and this was not the first show we've seen here. Even for non-theater goers...this place is just fun! They do wonderful shows with talented actors, great sets and costumes...a beautiful theater inside...and now they have an amphitheater outside. We've seen shows that make us think and feel, we've seen hysterical comedies that we just laugh our way through, and big fabulous musicals that have us tapping our feet! This place is just wonderful...for everybody.

Good local theater

Enjoyable evening it. They offer a good selection of shows and have special events. It is amateur but will done. They have children's shows as well.

Went this summer for Chicago and it was wonderful. One of the best I've seen for summer stock. The playhouse is fairly new and is wonderful. Great setting. Actors as and actresses are great. Check the schedule and order early. Balconey seats are good. Nice selection every summer.

Lovely summer theater experience

Lovely summer theater located minutes from Meredith NH and lakeside activities and dining options for couples or families. Professional quality productions. Air conditioning and comfortable seating, not a bad seat in the house.

Exceeded Expectations

Thoroughly enjoyed the play “On Golden Pond.” The set was done surprisingly well for the small stage. I appreciated the humor of the play given the hard subject being addressed. Not only was the play amazing, the location and organization of services were impressive. We were able to pre-order our drinks and snacks for intermission and avoided the typically long lines and hustle I have grown to expect of theaters. Bravo to the cast members and theater staff!

Just saw On Golden Pond and it was excellent. This is a great venue, comfortable and intimate. This is the second show we’ve seen here and both performances were fantastic.

Saw this play on 4/13/19. Only 4 actors in the play but all were very good. The play was very enjoyable, entertaining, and admission was reasonably priced. This playhouse is situated on a beautiful wooded lot and the building and theater are very well maintained. My wife & I have visited the Playhouse on several occasions and would recommend it and theie plays for those looking for an enjoyable night out.

Outstanding Production

The Winnipesaukee Playhouse has developed a great venue in Meredith. We recently attended their production of Mama Mia, and it was outstanding ! The cast could not have been more talented and enthusiastic. With reasonable ticket prices, this theater is a good value for a great experience.

The Winnipesaukee Playhouse in Meredith is one of the newer theater venues in New Hampshire compared to others that been around for 80 or more years. As such, it is a bright modern facility with ample parking, a large lobby and all the amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to the Playhouse to see Charlie’s Aunt. The staff was warm and friendly and determined to see that we had a good time on our first visit. The production was professional and thoroughly enjoyable. We travel extensively to theater events throughout northern New England and western Massachusetts. No doubt the Winnipesaukee Playhouse will be in our future plans.
