This is such a fun place for everyone of all ages. There is a lot to do there. The life guards were on the ball when we saw a man go under the water and had difficulty getting out. The lifeguard jumped right in and assisted him to to the exit. They walked the gentleman to a bench and took care of a wound he sustained when he scraped his arm on something. Very impressed.

A great place to bring your kiddos!
My boy is 6 and loved the slides! He went on the red and yellow one and had a blast!
He also loved the wave pool!
I’d get there early if you want a lounger or a table, as they’ve a highly coveted amenity there.
We stayed at the resort too, and the breakfast was amazing! Especially their chocolate chip pancakes!
Clean rooms and easy check in.
Highly recommend!

We absolutely love it here . We’re locals and go at least once or twice a year. Our kids love the water slides and the giant hot tub. The drinks are great and the place is very clean . The cost is a bit high for locals though.

I would NEVER come back here! Overpriced for a Mountain View! They should put the same amount of money that goes into the water park into the hotel rooms. DISGUSTING! Hair all over the bathroom floors, dead bugs splatted on the walls, terrible vacuuming job! And just not updated or modern at all! Felt like I was at a motel. Food is overpriced when it tastes just okay. And to top everything off, they tried to only allow me access to the water park for one day after staying there from a Friday to Monday and spending over $1,100. I literally had to extend my stay for my kids to get another day of swimming and the (Male) receptionist told me that the extra night for $300 on a Sunday included water park passes. And when I went to use them the next day I was told I only had one day passes for water park use. And the (Girl) receptionist that next day was SUPER rude and had a BAD ATTITUDE and did not try to help me figure out a solution but to spend MORE money. BTW before I even approached the front desk, the 3 people in front of me in line were full of complaints. I knew I should have CHECKED OUT then. I honestly wish I was more patient and waited for GREAT WOLF LODGE in Fitchburg Massachusetts to reopen! We typically go there a few times a year! Kahuna Laguna was only booked because there were no other water parks opened! The pictures online may be appealing, but it’s not all cracked up to what it may seem! NEVER AGAIN. Just an overall bad experience!

Not bad for a rainy day or during the colder months! It has a wave pool, 5 slides (3 you use tubes with, 2 that you don’t), a splash park style structure with smaller slides and lots of fountains (plus the big dumping bucket), a wading pool with 3 toddler size slides, a pool that connects to the wave pool with basketball hoops, and a huge hot tub.
There’s tons of lockers and the bathrooms were clean. I believe they sell food but due to Covid it was closed.
I will say, our experience was super positive bc it wasn’t busy at all bc it was closed to the public and only open for hotel guests. No lines and no crowding made it a great experience!

Year two visiting this pool. For sure best place for kids under 12. Ideal for 7-12 as they can do it all and still enjoy it all! We have a 3 and 7 year old and over our 24 hour stay we visited the park 3 times. Cannot get enough.
The towels, lockers, food court, seating are all great assets.
Highly recommend this to all parents as a stop in North Conway.

Tried using website to purchase 4 tickets and had 25 available. System took all of our information except credit card yet says will bill cc and got no confirmation. Just says pick up at reservation desk. Called desk to be forwarded to answering machine. No return call.

I apologize for your frustration with your attempt to purchase passes. I am however happy that we were able to find a resolution and you were able to enjoy the park yesterday. Just to clarify for readers we did research your reservation and there were no attempts made on the website, and you did receive two returned phone calls which led to your park access.

Pre-paid $50 per child x4 for water park passes; told at the front desk that the $10 observation fee for parents had changed to $50 per parent!! What?! To sit there?? Customer service/“manager” was of no help and completely rude. I would never come back again. Over-priced; over-chlorinated pee pool! No thanks!!

I apologize for your dissatisfaction with our pricing. Unfortunately we offer tickets to non-hotel guest for admission only. Our capacity is based on occupancy and therefor all attending must purchase admission passes.

I booked a two night stay and I’m confused as to why we only can use the water park from 3pm to 9pm. We called and that’s the info we got. I understand the hours for when we check in at 3pm but the next day the kids will have to wait until 3pm to use the water park?!
I would have to know your specific date of arrival to tell you specifics on operation times, but I'm assuming that the water park doesn't fully open until 3pm on that date. The wave pool and hot tub are usually available for guests to enjoy prior to the park fully opening. I hope this is helpful. Thank you for choosing us.

Yes. You can start using the water park at noon, prior to the check in time. You can also use the water park from 8 to 10am the day you check out.

How much do you charge for two adults and 2 kids ages 2 & 5 who are not staying at the hotel? We would be there either May 9th or May 10th/17.
We offer day passes on a limited basis if space is available. Please call 603-356-7817 for daily availability.There are no advanced ticket sales and capacity restrictions apply.
Hours are normally 3-9 off peak and Noon-8pm peak periods.
Ticket prices are $40 off peak and $50 during holiday or school vacation periods.
Children two and under are complimentary.

Yes, it good for toddlers. If you are spending the night at the hotel it's great because they have extended hours for the hotel guest.

Hotel guests admission would be $20 per person /per day.Children two and under receive complimentary admission. Tickets are valid until 9pm ,and the following morning from 8:30am-10am if park hours permit.

If you need to be a guest at the hotel, why are coupons offered in the "Fun Pass" coupon book?

Is there a weight limit on any of your slides/attractions?
The weigh limit for a single rider is 300lbs, and a combined weight for two rider limit is 400lbs.
