This scenic, safe, grassy, and pleasant public park was in the village’s heart and near the Conway Scenic Railway. Among its amenities were paved paths, benches, a children’s play area, a baseball field, a skating area, a fountain, and nearby clean public restrooms at a community center. Free parking was curbside or in nearby paved lots. We liked all that we found here; we disliked nothing.

Near the community center, you park and then there is a steep hill which makes up one side of the mud pit arena. Great sledding typically from the top of a snowbank on down, but was sure bony today, NC needs more snow, this is only February! But we made the best of it and had a great time.

They always have an incredible fireworks display. Good viewing anywhere you park. We park in the train station parking lot.

Great park, skating in winter, water spray in summer, steam train station, fireworks on July 4th , great playground, mountain views including cathedral ledge , ice cream and restaurants, shops nearby .

Nice park, not too much dog crap. You won't get mugged if you walk through it at night. They also have yoga in the park on Saturdays and Bark in the Park but they wouldn't let me bring my cat which I think is discrimination. Still a pretty good park to play lawn darts or BB guns on a sunny day.

Small outdoor rink, well lit and groomed - perfect for families with young children. Warming house on site with skates available to rent. Looked like a lot of old fashioned fun!!

While most people probably enjoy the park in the warmer months, in the winter they set up a skating rink. Our kids just enjoyed playing in the snow at the playground. It's a perfect little space in the middle of North Conway village.

we love this park. its right in the heart of N Conway village and such a relaxing and fun area. walk to many of the shops and restaurants. catch a ride on the train in the summer. there is a ben and Jerry's ice cream nestled way down back behind the Olympia sports. A bit hidden but worth the trip.

No it is not. The state of NH adheres to the federal standard of not having open containers of alcohol in public places. There are plenty of restaurants with bars nearby though.
