Gallery 50 brings new artists both young and old using different media for their art to Bridgeton and the surrounding area. Each month a new artist or artists is featured with an opening on the First Friday of the current exhibition. This is an oasis of culture in a area that needs it! We are so lucky to have had directors who keep this wonderful storefront gallery going! Take a moment during the month and visit the latest exhibition.

This is a must see place if you especially want to see local artist. The have a opening night the first Friday of each month and you get to interact with the artist. Please take the time to see this art gallery.

Great Art Gallery in the Historic Bridgeton NJ area. Old and new artist display. Prices very. It’s quaint, friendly staff, no one trying to push you into buying anything, you may take your time and browse.

Gallery 50 is now one of the more durable features of downtown Bridgeton, NJ. This small gallery (2,000 sq.ft.) has a new show every month, tastefully exhibited. The art can range from lithography, paintings in various media, sculpture, ceramic ware, to fiber arts and an assortment of eclectic media. The only problem with Gallery 50 is that there are somewhat limited hours, because it is staffed by volunteers. Regular hours are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 11AM to 4PM. A new show opens every month with an artist reception on the first Friday from 6PM to 9PM. The public is invited to meet the artist(s) and enjoy some free light hors d'oeuvres. Every November and December, Gallery 50 is stocked with hundreds of items - all hand-made - suitable for holiday giving. In December, the gallery is open 7 days a week for your shopping convenience. The gallery is closed for the month of January.

This is a great place for local artists who post their work and also for art lovers to peruse fine art - various kinds of artwork from sculpture to painting to any and all other mediums
They have new shows monthly and it is worthy of stopping by

They always do such a wonderful job on their displays. I love how they always honor the local artist. Come out to the first Friday's of the month for the open house and meet the artist. They have a wonderful card selection also from a local photographer/artist.

Great little gallery for local artists and crafters to display and sell their pieces. Window displays are always beautiful. This month is "Mummers on Parade". Also do stage shows once a month called Gallery 50 Live. Check the website gallery50.org for upcoming shows. Definitely worth checking out.

Excellent artists from all over the country and sometimes world. The art gallery opening every month is a wonderful way to spend the evening. There is no cost to look and wine/ hor d' oeuves are served complimentary.

Large menu. Many items to choose from...Breakfast anytime....My very favorite soups are the lima bean(Wednesday) and split pea soups(can't remember the day offered)!.....Large portions. Always need a box to bring home for next day's supper. Friendly atmosphere.
