I'm going to book a month in advance for 10 people. What happens if I have to cancel or reschedule? What if not all 10 of us could make it that day?

The confirmation email you received states there is a possibility you and your party may be paired with another group, so this should have been no surprise to you. If you felt the other party was being unruly, stating your concerns with our staff would have been the proper channel to go through so we could address it immediately, although our staff does an excellent job of keeping an eye on unruly customers.
