3rd time on Mrs Lotta always a blast crew is excellent I will be back with the kids and family, great place to celebrate a special occasion

We took the Historical Cruise which was very interesting and enjoyable. The snacks and drinks were a nice addition to the beautiful scenery. The man from the historical society who provided live narration was a font of knowledge. We were fascinated to learn about some local NJ history such as Bertrand Island, and some of the big old hotels that drew people from NYC and surrounding areas in the summers from the 1890s to the 1930s. We would love to go back and take the sunset cruise.

Searching for an anniversary experience that stands out? We celebrated our 37th wedding anniversary aboard Miss Lotta, delighting in outstanding farm-to-boat cuisine, including fresh salad, focaccia bread, sausage, eggplant, fish, and more. The dinner staff excelled, and the captains shared captivating insights into the lake, interesting facts about the impressive homes, and engaging anecdotes about Ms. Lotta Campbell. We had a wonderful, romantic 2-hour experience and will definitely book with them again.

Had my tickets months ago for my buddies to get together on a summer Friday night out. A two-hour dinner boat cruise on a beautiful lake. The Friday night sunset was the "cherry on top" of: several bourbon tastings, a bar menu that covers all the bases, a complimentary cigar (as well a selection of cigars to purchase) and a delicious dinner (no one leaves hungry). The staff is fun, attentive and it is busy. When is the next one?

Our group thoroughly enjoyed the Miss Lotta experience. Office staff was pleasant and made booking our party easy, even with changes. The food was delicious and the young staff members were pleasant and courteous.

Wonderful morning on the lake. Staff were excellent and the food was good. Nice scenery and a nice casual ride. I will definitely be back in the fall

Tasty food and great views. We had a really nice time. My 84 year old Mom really enjoyed the experience to celebrate her birthday.

We had a bad experience with the employees and manager. After 10 years of being in the business they should know how to better treat their guests. #wholelottanonsense
*The boat was scheduled from 6-8. Boarding was roughly 6:15, and when one of the employees asked if there was a problem, a member of the staff said the schedule was 630-830. You can clearly see from our invoice it says 6-8pm. A crew member should have communicated with us.
*Our group was in line to board starting at 515pm. Tables up top are first come first serve. Our group of 24 was pushed to the side to allow the other passengers to board before those waiting in line for over an hour. (Our entire party was present and on line before those not in our group.)
*We are a social club- our corporation is not permitted to pay for alcoholic beverages. When we booked we explained this to your agent. Meanwhile on board all of the drink orders were put onto one tab. When we realized what was happening we told the manager on board this is not permitted. The waitress dropped off the entire check to our table. One of our employees had to go around to collect the money-taking away from their enjoyment on the trip.
*When dinner was served, two couples from our group could not sit downstairs in the dining room because there were not two sets of two seats together. When we asked the manager, she responded that she could not put a seat in the aisle. Not accommodating at all. Safety concerns are understood but how about some help?!
*One of our guests from our group's young daughter was waiting to wave to us from her family's property on the lake. She was told we were turning at the yacht club and cutting it short.
*The manager was overheard talking about one of our guests to other staff. extremely rude and unprofessional. This is not ok under any circumstances. When these concerns were addressed with the COO we spoke with she explained the manager was talking about a different guest. Not one of ours. Guess what?! That is still NOT OK!
*Lastly dessert was served with napkins. Where are the plates?
In closing, the boat ride was lovely, the food was delicious, but we did have concerns regarding the engagement of the staff. The experience was not up to par as it had been in previous visits.
We DO NOT recommend this trip!

What an amazing, fact-filled Historical Excursion crew! Marty Kane, President of the Lake Hopatcong Historical Museum, presented wonderful information about past and current homes along the shores of NJ's largest lake! We opted to sit "inside" so we could see his PowerPoint presentation. It was great seeing old photos for a "then & now" comparison. This cruise was a special treat for my sister and me, as our paternal grandparents owned a Victorian mansion near the lake. It was the perfect way to have another "view" of the lake. The staff for Miss Lotta was friendly and extremely helpful, especially in helping with the booking of our two tickets! Definitely recommend the Historical Excursion cruise!

yes there are Sunday brunch cruises. check the schedule on the website as we did.

Where are there 12.00 cruises? I only see specialty ones with food which are 40 or 50 per person? Are these kid friendly (age 2)?

I wouldn't bring a 2 yr old. first why pay for something no 2 yr old can appreciate, and do the fellow passengers a favor so they don't have to hear the crying and running around. wait till they are 6 or 7.
