My experience here was very displeasing. Upon arrival I waited while the receptionist verified my groupon, she didn’t seem too happy to be there. An older woman came out with a younger woman and started to explain that they had false advertised on the the couples Groupon, they did not receive champagne, fruit, and chocolate as promised. The receptionist then said “a couple is a man and a woman, not two women”. She insisted on arguing with the women on why they did not count as a couple while the masseuse ushered them to the door after telling her she had to pay the taxes. It was very uncomfortable. When she started my massage, she massaged me through the covers. I’ve never had this happen. The masssge was very amateur and it didn’t do a thing for me, she also kept trying to get me to upgrade. Afterwards, I had to pay taxes and then she told me it was mandatory that I tip $15 for that ridiculous massage. We argued, she did not receive a tip and I told her for future reference a tip is a suggestion and she cannot tell people that they have to tip especially that amount for bad service.

I so rarely write bad reviews because I don't want my bad experience to ruin a business in any way, but these people are so incredibly unprofessional that I just had to!
First, if you have a Groupon or living social certificate they tell you upfront that you should've bought from them and not from these sites. Even their tone changes on the phone when they hear you already bought it.
Second, I called back 3 days before my appointment and said I can't make it but would like to reschedule. I'd like to mention that I was told so long as I let them know 24 hours before the appointment that they could figure something out. Here I am 3 days in advance, thinking it really wouldn't be a problem and this woman is basically shouting on the phone how she couldn't help me or do anything for me, that they're all booked and have nothing available for awhile!!!
I asked what if I contact living social and see if they'll reimburse me then because I'm trying to get a massage to relax not cause more anxiety! She said to go ahead and try but they will dispute it because they made me 1 (one) appointment already and that I'm the one who can't make it so they will not give me my money back.
Needless to say, I wasted time and money and got nothing out of it but a good yelling on the phone.

I bought 2 90 minutes massages on Groupon. When I called to make an appointment I mentioned I had a Groupon. The closest appointment they had for 2 massages on the same day was 3 months later. (Meanwhile we were the only people there lol).
The rooms are small the beds are up against the wall so they can't move completely around the bed and they put 2 beds in a small room. The beds are just beds there is no spot for your face except some rolled up towels in a U shape. (So your breathing your own hot air the whole time with your neck at a bad angle.) The room is cold and right next to the bathroom so we can hear flushes while waiting. Luckily they werent busy so it only happened 3 times. The women bump into eachother trying to navigate the room. And the massage oil is cold like the room. She put my body in the most akward position with my arms over my head. Then she removes the sheet places a small towel between my legs and leaves it like that most of the time. I thought she would at least see that I had goosebumps and put the sheet on me but no. Then the most akward horrible massave I have ever expierenced went on for 90 minutes but felt forever. I contenplated getting up and pretending I was sick. But my partner was laying on the bed next to me.
Now 5 hours later writing this review my back is killing me so please if you get anything out of this review: DON'T GO HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. MOST UNCOMFORTABLE AKWARD MASSAGE EVER.

We started with couples' massage deal through Groupon and became regular customers since then. They often offer good deals to bring you back and the massage services have been professional and pleasant. They are also expanding to a new facility in town shortly.
The only negative is one pushy lady trying to over sell pricier packages.

YOU NEED TO READ THIS, TRUST ME!!
I never write reviews, but this time I had to!
I went there twice and both experiences were horrible.
The first time I went there, I had a facial and they gave me the Groupon price (and asked me not to buy from Groupon, they said I should pay at their place and it would be cheaper) I had a facial and the person doing my facial told me that I need a microdermabrasion session and that it costs $150 but she will give it to me for $50. I said I don’t want to do it but she was pushing me to buy the service too much to the point where I had to say yes just so I would enjoy the facial. When it was time to pay, the receptionist gave me an offer to buy I believe 9 sessions and get 1 free. I said no thanks. Then she said: if you think you don’t deserve to buy 10 sessions for yourself, then buy at least 5 sessions. What kind of a language is that? SO RUDE. I said no thank you. She kept pushing me to buy it, I said no and I left. I liked my skin throughout the day but I had massive breakout the day after, and I don’t get breakouts very often.
Next Visit, THE WORST!!
I went there because the facial was affordable ($39) and I thought I had breakouts the last visit because of the sun or something. So I wanted to try them again, I really wanted to love the place! When I went to the room I asked the person doing the facial to do a microdermabrasion session with the facial, she looked to my skin and said: Your skin is very thin and dry, microdermabrasion is not good for you. I will scrub your face and use a mask that will be better for your skin, it will be included in the facial price you don’t have to pay more. I felt so good that she was honest and really wanted to help me enhance my skin.
She left for a bit, then came back, she said: I’ll scrub your face and give you the mask for $40.
I was confused, she JUST said it was INCLUDED with the facial price!! I said no thank you I’m a student and I am on a budget. She then started saying: I’ll give you a microdermabrasion session for $40 if you want it. I said: you just said it is not good for my skin? She said: I will apply a mask it will be better.
She then starting pushing the service in my throat and asking me, do you want to do it? Do you want to do it? It is a good price, you want to do it? Ok you only pay $30, good price, you want to do it?
It was SO ANNOYING!! And I felt bad saying NO too many times. I agreed to do the microdermabrasion just to enjoy what is left of my miserable facial (although she initially said microdermabrasion is bad for my skin!!).
She left the room immediately and brought the device and used it on my face. She finished the facial which was mediocre. I left to pay and I was not happy at all. I tipped below %10 and she said: I’m sorry you HAVE TO TIP at least %10 because we gave you a discounted price!! I was shocked and appalled by her words. She said: %10 is $10, and I paid her $8 cash and I said: I don’t have any more cash, I will pay the rest ($2) with my credit card. She said: no, pay the rest in your next visit. I said: I might not come back again, I will pay the rest of the tip now. She charged me the price with tax PLUS 10 DOLLARS TIP from my credit card, although I already paid her $8 !!! And when I went home, I realized that %10 of my bill was only about $7, not $10 as she said!!!
I WAS BASICALLY RIPPED OFF, TREATED HORRIBILY, FOR A VERY MIDIOCRE SERVICE.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DIGNITY AND GO TO ANOTHER PLACE.

The best ever Reflexology massage. Bought it through Groupon and it was so good that I signed up for 3 more at a big discount. Highly recommend.

I had a great massage. The appointment was on time, and the massage was for 55 minutes. The hot stones were unexpectedly added, but rather nice. I'll be back for sure.

we booked 20 massages at this local spot, and haven't been disappointed.
they do traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue, hot stones, reflexology, and traditional Chinese cupping.
the management, and staff, are professional, and courteous.
highly recommend.

DO NOT BOOK AT THIS PLACE!!!!! I saw this place on groupon for $99 couples spa. I called before I paid on groupon to see if they honored the coupon. I was informed that they did but it would be better to pay through them and I would get the same rate so I did. Mind you I booked on a Friday for the following Sunday. I was informed that I had 2 days before the appointment to cancel. After I booked I looked at the reviews of the place. Within a hour, I to cancel the appointment (that I was already charged for). I spoke with the person and she informed me that I would receive my money back. Fast forward to Tuesday, my money was still not refunded, so I called. The lady proceed to tell me that I would be refunded and that I can make my appointment for another day. I told her that I did not want the service and I wanted my money back. She then tells me that I needed to call back to speak with a Manager because she could refund me the money. She just kept saying, you can come another day. I called the bank and made a claim against them and I will also be contacting BBB.
