Like many others, I have a gift certificate I purchased (approx. $300) and I will now contact consumer affairs and take things even further if I am not contacted by the owner to refund me. They have a list of everyone's outstanding gift certificates/gift cards that were never used. The right thing to do would have been to contact each party and refund them their money.

tried contacting spa for use of my gift card of $200.00 and they are no where to be found no website to contact anyone or how to proceed with recouping my card moneys! I will be in touch with consumer affairs! This was giving to me by someone who knows that I could never afford to do this for myself and I was so very grateful for the gift and now it is a big disappointment to us both! I implore someone to make good on this! contact 908-967-7966! I eagerly await a call!

This is an upscale spa. Pedicures are 55.00. Service is acceptable. Always liked Holly. BUT, where are they! I’ve called, emailed, and saw a for rent sign up. I have a gift card with a 150.00 balance. Did I mention their website is down. It’s pretty poor behavior to not post something or to address any changes, and I will continue

I have been many times for different services. The staff is very welcoming and the whole experience is very relaxing. Holly gives me an indulgent hydro-pedicure and she is awesome. I would definitely recommend you put a trip to The Spirit Spa on your agenda!

Attended a spiritual advisement session with Michael (Practical Maji) and was very pleased with the whole experience. The spa itself is very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Michael, the spiritual advisor/psychic is wonderful in providing advice and guidance! I regularly return for semi-annual spiritual readings which help provide great insight, healing and advisement. from Gail S. - From the moment you walk in the door and welcomed by the lovely staff, you know your visit to Spirit Spa will be more than a spa service. "Spirit Spa" offers a wonderful SPA EXPERIENCE. This beautiful Victorian home boasts peaceful, relaxing guest areas and tranquil treatment rooms. The staff is professional and excels at their specialty. As a guest for years, I plan "Spa Days" at Spirit Spa for my sisters and girlfriends to celebrate birthdays and special occasions. Debra graciously accommodates our group visits. We are pampered and treated royally. The Spirit Spa is the perfect setting for us to relax, bond and celebrate our SISTERHOOD! Every visit is special!

I love going to the spa. I thoroughly enjoy a good massage or facial and really look forward to spending the time getting the services done. The first time I came to The Spirit Spa I had a massage that was very average, and I think services should be exceptional given the pricing. Of note, I have no problem spending money on a great service, but not on an average one. I thought perhaps I just came on a bad day, or maybe the therapist I had was just not right for me. I came back a different time for a facial and, sadly, it was another very underwhelming experience for $130. My face was cleansed, moisturized, and a mask was applied, but very little was done beyond this. The description of the service stated that you finished with a massage of the scalp, shoulders, hands, and feet - this didn't happen in any way at all. My scalp was never touched, my hands and feet were slathered with lotion - quickly - and placed in warming mitts, and the only thing I can say is that my shoulders were rubbed briefly during the massage. Sadly, another very average service.
The two therapists I saw were very detached and bordered on unfriendly. I definitely did not feel as though it was a nurturing, relaxing environment. I won't be returning, unfortunately.
