I bought a plant I asked for the price one lady said $10 because it 50% off, I bought it. Went I got home and check the receipt they charged $19.81, I called it and explained what happened. They put me in hold for a while, finally she came and said that the plant was 34.99 and that was the right price with taxes and sorry for the confusion. It was no confusion for me. I am Spanish and speak with accent but I don’t hear with accent. Also this place is a mini stand not a FARM. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LITTLE PLACE.

This afternoon my wife and I stopped by Melick’s Town Farm Stand located on the corner of Oldwick Road and Lamington Road to buy some peaches, corn, and tomatoes. They had a good selection of fresh goodies, including cut flowers, home baked pies, and Melick’s own hard cider & wines.

This used to be our go to place for pick your own fruit. Now they have a snooty gate keeper that charges $2.99 a person, even small children, to walk into their orchards. Well, this was our last trip to Melicks. I know of other places that are free to go and pick your own fruits and veggies.

We needed to bake some peach pies and we headed from NY out to Melick town farm and it was an amazing trip!! Felt so country and the views was epic. The various peaches that was available was perfect for our different flavor home made pies. To top it of my kids and wife had a blast. We also enjoyed the home made products they had for sale at the farm especially the sugar cane organic juices. Trust me, take your family and loved ones and enjoy !! Thank me later .

Went picking with family. Had gone to their other location to pick peaches earlier in the summer. The other location was further away and less crowded. This location was packed and it was difficult to maintain social distancing especially since many other visitors weren’t wearing masks.
Apples were great but they could use more signs telling which trees had which varieties.

The pies at melick farm are the best in all of the State!!!! Love the peach, berry apple and the crumb. Great for apple picking and hayrides!

I see some reviews saying not the friendliest, but I thought the lady who cared for us was quite nice. We went for the hard cider, and she even offered us tastings. Would go back.

Well stocked, but not the friendliest service. We've gotten used to service with a smile at our local farmstands - that's why we like to go to them rather than just a supermarket. Not so much here.
That being said, we were able to get some fresh corn and some very different - and delicious - heirloom tomatoes here.
Not sure we'll be running back though.

We had the best time here today. The apple picking is so much more civilized and less crowded than at other area farms. Even though we picked at the end of the day, at the end of the weekend on Sunday, there were still plenty of yummy-looking apples on the trees. I appreciated the restrooms available. The staff was pleasant and helpful. And we took home several different kinds of cider.

If your Hispanic not a good place to take your family. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!! As soon as we walked in we noticed we weren’t welcomed but we insisted that maybe was the hot summer day I guess not. We continued our journey picking peaches and at the end we decided to rest in a picnic table under the shade to wait for the rest of the family to come back . Aparently we weren’t aloud to sit their because it was a working area which just had a box of bags and a clipboard laying on top oh and aparently one honey stick garbage that someone left. My husband tried to wash his hands and my kids too but for some reason we weren’t aloud because she thought we were playing with the water but like I said we had a big family and all of us were picking peaches so we wanted to wash our hands. She became so rude and said to all of us to move somewhere else with an attitude didn’t like how she spoke to my kids because the didn’t know what was going on. I am just saying think twice if your Hispanic to come to this place. I recommend EASTMONT ORCHARD FARM best seeet peaches and everyone’s welcomed with a smile. If we were rude trust me we would payed 70 dollars for our peaches we would’ve left it there but I guess some of us weren’t raised with respect to other ethnicity’s people.
