司机按时接送，浮潜非常有趣，小朋友也玩得很开心，玩了两个浮潜点，都很漂亮。午餐就真的是简餐+水了，味道很一般，但是很饿的时候还是可以吃个饱。最后一程去的网红小瀑布，就有点鸡肋了，不让下水，确还是有人下去拍照，景色很一般，瀑布也很小很小。
总的来说，性价比还可以。

Thank you for taking your time to write the feedback about your snorkeling trip with us
Well
From the review that I read, you mentioned about the place are not good for people who has been done snorkeling trips for multiple times and not for the first time costumers doing the snorkeling. because you believe when they are doing the snorkeling trip at the same place you went with us then they will have a lovely experience, but in your personal thought you are not really happy with the snorkeling spot because this is not the first experience for you, so what we can clarification on this case
Because we know we can’t make everyone happy but we always try to do our best as we can
And i can’t see what is wrong with our service to you, like you mentioned everything is good with our service and driver, just not the snorkeling spot as you done snorkeling at multiple places before
And for turtle, we did tell all the people sometimes you will get chance to see them and not depending on season
Anyway apologize us when you are not that Happy with the snorkeling trip
And we hope you still have pleasant holidays during your stay in Bali
