Booked Bali Made airport transfer through Klook.
Waited 15 mins for the driver. On getting into the car driver immediately asks for payment specifically in cash (he even took out some bank notes in INR) asking for cash payment for parking fees and tolls roads. He said parking fees will be high because he was driving around the car park looking for a lot. This is untrue because we met at the pick up point. He didn’t do the meet and greet.
For Klook bookings, the rate is an all in rate. The terms said so. I texted his head office which agreed with me. Driver refused to acknowledge it.
Got out of the car with my young kids. He unloaded the luggage and then became aggressive and started threatening me physically.
I ran back into the terminal. Got a Grab.
He is definitely asking for more money than he should be and in cash which is very suspicious.
There are many negative reviews of this company online.
Caveat emptor.
I rarely write negative reviews but there are so many other tourists who have been cheated by them.
Don’t let your dream holiday turn into a nightmare.

We visited Bali for 10 days and used this company for 6 days of transfers and tours. Yanthi helped with organizing everything, and Diano was our driver. Both demonstrated exceptional knowledge, and their guidance made our Bali trip a true success. Diano, in particular, was an outstanding driver, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Thank you! Highly recommend!

7 years ago, we booked fist time with bali made tours, our driver carlos was amazing. We kept contact. This year again we used the service ans booked multiple day trips airport pick up mount batur and tubing. Again we had our driver carlos. Good service, always on time. Easy to contact. He shares his knowledge abouth bali the temples ans relegian. He makes sure you get the best out of your trip. We also recomment to book the batur tour and tubing both have been outstanding. We. Can only say. Bali made knows how to deliver! With a special thanks to carlos!! Our driver who knows how to make your trip special. Rian and hemmy from holland.

We only got to write this review now, but it is very important to write for us, as the trip that we had with Ngurah in early May we truly enjoyed so much! We spend more or less 11 hours on the road with Ngurah seeing many beautiful places, while during driving had some really nice conversations, ranging from local traditions to history to current news :) During our trip we spend the time visiting the Monkey Sanctuary which included a nice Balinese performance, we visited Ubud both to see the palace as well as to walk a bit, having a great local coffee. Later on Ngurah joined us on a little adventure in the tegalalang rice fields, telling us about the irrigation systems and other facts, and finally joined us as well to the Tirta Empul temple, telling us about the rituals performed. We couldn't have wished for a nicer guide and hope to return some day again for another nice trip to other parts of Bali

Very good service. Our driver Sugama was very friendly and helpful. Always on time with good advise. We use the service a couple of times during our stay in Bali. Always wery satisfied. Highly recommended 👌

The best trip I've been on so far! Truly amazing and the whole trip was just so astonishing. Mr.Gusti Mayun was our driver and what a man he was! Looking forward to come again soon and definitely calling em up to arrange another trip for us! TQ Bali made and Pak Gusti

Excellent overall experience. Very responsive on WhatsApp and our driver Juli gladly followed our itinerary with flexibility and a smile. Vehicles all in good shape. Competitive prices, I shopped around a bit. Would definitely book again!

Balimadetour was so good for organizing drivers for either day trips or airport transfer. Great customer service and able to adapt very easily to change times of pickups or locations during your day trips

BMT should have the best answers. They have been doing tours some time now. My girlfriend and I enjoyed seeing waterfalls, Rice Terraces, temples, coffees plantations, Bali Villages, volcanoes, monkey forest, traditional dances, white water, food, culture, and so much more.
BMT can arrange a great amount of experiences at a great price.

How do you go about booking a driver for the day in Bali? Do they just pick you up from your hotel and you let them know what you want to see? Do you need to tell them in advance where you want to go? Do you pay by the day? How do you pay? When do you pay .. the list is endless :)

We emailed them prior to arrival. We had a list of things we wanted to check out and provided that info to them. Since we didn’t know the area, they created the day to day Itinerary based on what we wanted to see. You can also ask for suggestions and I believe the6 can create the tour for you.
Our driver Khresna picked us up daily from the hotel. We really highly recommend him if you decide to book this company. He speaks really good English and was very accomodat8ng to our last minutes changes. You do pay each day in cash (rupiahs). I can’t remember how much they charge per hour but it’s very reasonable. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions. We just returned from Bali a few weeks ago.

The beaches are a great spot. I have a 6 year old but did not bring him, it seems a bit hard traveling with small children because there would be a lot of walking on some of these tours and kids can get tired or cranky quick. They would do well at the Monkey Forest, just make sure you pay attention to the "don't' there, kids could get freaked. Also the rice paddies is a nice walking tour where kids could roam yet you get to take in the sights. Aside from the beaches, to me it seemed like a great couples vacation spot. To get anywhere it's a pretty long rough ride since there's traffic and roads can get bumpy. I'd give the kids Dramamine to save you the possibility of turning a great day bad quick. Some of the temples we visited would also be good for kids. Seminyak would be the best place and Legian, which are close. Not sure where you're staying. Lots of families in Legian since it's very resorty, more things for kids. Hope that helps, very jealous as I fell in love with Bali. A friend had given me great places to go for adults that were fabulous! Not to say the kids won't have a great time, just wish you could experience it the way we did, really enjoy everything.
