I wish there was an option to give zero stars. Just arrived home from Leo's after finding hair in our appetizer as well as in one of our entrees. We alerted the server and he removed the appetizer. After just getting our entrees we found more hair. That was the last straw as we all lost our appetites after the second finding. We sent all out of our entrees back immediately. The young manager was pleasant yet still charged us for a soup ( eaten before the hair in the appetizer was found) and our beverages which we had not yet drank. Have no idea what's going on in the kitchen but something is terribly wrong. A pleasant night was ruined. We left Leo's hungry and were made to pay for this unfortunate dining experience. We have frequented Leo's for many years (since the 80's) but we will not be back. Poor management and unhygienic conditions in the kitchen.

This place Has wonderful, pub, grub, especially the burgers, which are huge and delicious. The wait staff is friendly, competent, and very efficient.

I met some friends for an early dinner at Leo's on Feb 11. The food and service were excellent. Would highly recommend.

Came for lunch to see the new remodel. Place looks awesome. Had the lobster roll which was pricey but typical for fresh lobster roll. It had only a bit of mayo, celery and probably some light seasoning. They let the lobster shine and it was terrific. The toasted bun was great too. Definitely worth the splurge. It was plenty big and filling. My partner had the buffalo chicken sandwich and he said it was just ok. But the fries were great.

If you have been in or around Garden City in the last 50 years, you know Leo's. It has recently been through a much needed face lift. Improved with banquets and fireplace, although layout of bar and restaurant the same. Still quite noisy. Similar menu, with a few healthier options added. Still use college kids as servers, who are lacking.

The new room is lovely. The design is very comfy and pretty. The fireplace is really great. And the bar is roomy. The menu choices are great, and the new items welcomed. But the days of spending $20 per family member and leaving very full are in the past. The prices are fair, but the old Leo’s was really a bargain.

The place has opened after being closed for renovation. The general layout has remained the same but the tables, chairs, wall decorations have changed. Seating in various table formats -- for two, four, or more -- are available. The full menu is still to be rolled out. I was there with a few colleagues after work for drinks and snacks. A large number of beers -- both well known and boutique brands -- are on tap. I had the Guinness. The chicken quesadilla was tasty and so were the mozzarella sticks. Portions could have been larger. Ample free parking in the rear. The ambiance on Thursday evening was congenial -- not too crowded, not too noisy. Service decently paced. Table busing was a bit too frequent. A recommended place for good times!

The location has re-opened Mar 22, 2018 under new management. A little disappointed, expected better. This place has been completely redone. It is pretty, but During the day It is now primarily for families with rowdy kids who always wanted to enjoy a sports bar on weekends in the Large booths in bar area with tv's. Gives the impression of a little more upscale than Applebees. Maybe it is better during the later evenings for more mature clientele? Tables for two are now seated in the back against the wall & Maybe you can see the sports tv over the half wall. Fireplace is nice.

Leo's is just under renovation!! Don't Worry...just getting a really nice update. They are looking to open in March. Im actually doing the A/V work and so far it looks to be pretty amazing. There will soon be great food and friends at Leo's Midway again.... ;)
