Terrible customer service and inflexible policies. I booked a trip under a promotion and had to change the date due to personal reasons. The staff was unhelpful and rude, and they refused to refund my money or apply the promotional price to the new dates. They were only concerned about getting more money out of me. This will be my last trip to LEGOLAND New York, and I will take my business elsewhere.

The family and I had a wonderful time, even though it was cold out. There was plenty still to do we love Goshen Legoland!!!

Amazing time! The dancers were absolutely phenomenal, the hot cocoa was wonderful and the experience of seeing the holiday characters was great

Very cool experience and a lot to do give. Lots of the seasonal rides are closed. The Christmas experiences were really cute. If you are a Lego fan there is much to do and appreciate here. Our only “complaint,” was the quality of the food (I would give it 2 stars for dinner and 3 for breakfast and lunch), and the outrageous pricing of the food. I get that theme park food is expensive and it’s generally not a place you go to eat; but given the amazing hotel room experience and park experience; the food quality could be bumped up a bit - or - lower your prices!

Hotel and Park was great however at the park, the spot that sells soup, besides the wait time of more than 30 minutes, I found a hair on the soup - the moment I open the lid. I returned the soup and waited over 15 minutes when I asked about how much longer I was asked what I was waiting for, I stated for a new soup then I was told I had to wait again the usual time as everyone else. I stated meaning wait another thirty minutes and was told most likely. I requested a refund.

My 6yo twins and I had an absolute blast at the Christmas Bricktacular! We stayed at the hotel which gave us a lot of freedom to take a break if/when we needed it. All advertised activities and rides were open. My boys got their first ever pop badges which was really exciting! We will absolutely be back next year for a hotel stay, this time with a season pass!

The park was amazing, the model citizens were all friendly (especially Papa Charles) and our kids had the best time. Will absolutely be back.

Great time all around. Highly recommend going at some point. They have more attractions coming soon too! Will definitely be bringing my family back and hopefully actually staying at the legoland hotel!

The kids always love the indoor playground in the resort the most, especially in the winter when a lot of the attractions are closed.

Can you visit the water park more than once in a day? 20 mins is a very short time frame.

I am purchasing the vacation 1 night plus 2 day tickets. If checkein is at 4 can I do a precheck-in and use one of my tickiets before checkin.

You can use your park ticket any time. You can park in hotel lot & also checkin luggage early and walk to park. They’ll hold luggage til check in time.

We are planning a trip in August and coming in from Alberta, Canada. I'm trying to figure out the best way to get to Legoland from New York, most likely the JFK airport. It says on the Legoland website there is a shuttle but it doesn't run when the park isn't open. Our flight in from Calgary won't arrive until about 4:30pm to JFK or 9pm if we were to fly into Newark. Without renting a car is there a way to get to Legoland that first evening or are we better off staying in New York for 1 night then travel by shuttle to Legoland the next morning?
Thanks for your advice, this will be our family of 5's first time to Legoland and New York.

How big is the park? Is it small enough for little legs so they don't tire out from tons of walking?

When we were there, it was mostly little ones there and a lot of strollers.
The park is organized into about 5 different areas with different themes, all interconnected, and there is a lot of walking and some of it is pretty hilly
With strollers the kids seemed to do fine... but walking the entire park might be too much for some little ones ... especially the uphill trek at the end of the day to the parking lot

When we went in October, it was still under construction. I'm given to understand that they expect it to be ready in the late Spring, which given the average temperature of the area that time of year, should be about right.
