They cannot deliver to within a mile of the store?! Such a shame. We were looking to send something 12 days before Christmas to a boy whose mother died and told them this. They said there was no one at the store (that day or over the next 5 days) who could drop it off literally 1.4 miles up the road. No suggestions from them about how else we could get it there. Then I asked about mailing it as they offered shipping and they said post office comes to them to pick up shipments. I said then I would have it mailed despite that being an additional $14 (on top of paying $40 for a simple 2 gallon container of popcorn) . Luckily I asked when it would be delivered and was told they could not guarantee delivery within 6 days, 5 of which were business days! Instead, I called Mrs. Fields and they had it there in 3 days for less than this would have cost. We try to hard to support all the local stores but not when the local store forgets about the locals.

This is a must stop when walking down town in Lake Placid. They have so many flavor options to choose from and I enjoyed every last bite. You can smell the popcorn from blocks away just inciting you to go inside!

The Adirondack Popcorn Co. has such as nice atmosphere with it's high ceilings, great smells and product and gift ideas all over the shop. I had the salt and vinegar popcorn and it was great as was my wife's chocolate drizzle. It seemed a little pricy, but this is a tourist area. We were barely out the door and we had finished our popcorn. They have a lot of tempting flavors and they ship everywhere.

Lots of choices of popcorn flavors plus a cute gift store.
With covid protocols, they had a one way traffic which was nice. When we went masks were not required, but we wore ours.

I absolutely love popcorn, so I personally had a great time in this place. I bought a shirt, salt and vinegar box of popcorn and the double cheddar. Our group thought both were absolutely delicious! If you're a popcorn lover then you should go here.

My family spent four days in Lake Placid this week and we visited The Adirondack Popcorn Co. twice in four days, spending nearly $90 on popcorn and not regretting it one bit! First day there we stopped in before heading to our rental home and purchased four flavors: Birthday Cake, Movie Theater, Double Cheddar and Whiteface. They were all delicious! On the way out of Lake Placid we stopped in again and came home with another six bags of popcorn: Maple Bourbon Bacon, Firestarter (great kick of heat), Simply Caramel, S'Mores and another two Birthday Cake. Great popcorn and great service! A must visit when in Lake Placid.

We noticed that this place had moved across the street, then we realized it wasn't open until Thursday. Luckily, we were in town until about 1:00 Thursday, so we stopped in before heading home.
The woman working there was very helpful and sweet. You can literally smell the popcorn down the street.
We bought a tin of Movie popcorn for our daughter and family...and bear paw for us! So good!
Definitely worth a stop!

I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review in my life, but this popcorn was not good, not even close. I ordered the cheese corn and Carmel corn because I love them both, both were lacking any flavor. Good corn has lots of Carmel or lots of cheese. I really felt ripped off. I’m surprised at the good reviews here. If you want outstanding corn, try Garrett’s out of Chicago (can order on line). Pricey, but the best! At the very least, there is a great shop in Watertown, Popcorn n More. They are not skimpy on the cheese or Carmel. Buyer beware!

The smell of this store is enough to make you want to go in and check it out. We got the caramel covered popcorn which was cooked perfectly and not overly sweet which we loved.

Happened to stumble across this place on our walk through the town. You can literally smell all the popcorn from on the street. It was so good too, the kettle corn and the original popcorn!
