Attended a FISU Hockey Game. Facility is typical for a Hocky Arena. It is conveniently located and is co-located with a museum, snack bar and smaller rink. Clean bathrooms.

Unfortunately the arena and most of Lake Placid and the other Olympic sites are closed for renovations summer 2021. The token display of artifacts was interesting, but very few. The gift shop was even smaller. We did get to ice skate on the USA Rink which is a practice rink in another part of the complex.

This arena is historic to all sports fans. It was amazing to be able to see it in person. There were some people figure skating on it when we were viewing the arena, which was fun to watch.

Unfortunately, the arena was closed due to major renovations. We did get to visit the shop and small area where we were able to take some photos. Looking forward to a time when we may return.

Having seen this arena in movies and on TV many times it was great to see the real arena were the miracle on ice really happened. As a past hockey player it was a must see for me.

I grew up watching my brothers play hockey, which meant I also grew up watching the Miracle on Ice Movie starring Kurt Russell. Seeing the arena in person was amazing. While it’s a relatively quick activity it is definitely worth it.

It is one of those places for people who remember the game of a lifetime to overawe. I was swept up in the memories and it was a highlight of our trip for me.

What a beautiful arena. Rich in history and such a great place to be able to skate with the whole family. We laced up the rental skates, and had the ice almost to ourselves. Such a great experience, can't say enough about this facility.

Whenever we come up to Lake Placid in the winter we make a point of stopping by the Arena to take in whatever might be happening (ice hockey tournament, figure skating competition). It's very surreal to think about the "Miracle" here.

There is a very little bit of free parking behind the rink up the side street between the rink and the hotel. There is paid parking in front and in a large town lot of the far side of the rink
