This park is a treasure. There are gorgeous sea scapes around every turn and beautiful breezes from the Long Island sound. The park never disappoints regardless of season. I am so lucky to have this in my backyard.

Great views for fireworks on 4th of July!
You can catch Larchmont Shore Club and New Rochelle fireworks from the western edge of the park; and from the eastern edge, Mamaroneck Harbor fireworks are visible. Also, there are views across the Sound to Long Island and NYC.
A very nice, old-fashioned, Americana-like atmosphere that will make your 4th special.

While you get beautiful views from this small park, the security seems unusually attentive. Perhaps it’s because we had baguettes with us and food is not allowed in this park.

Very small park. Not much to do. No picnic tables. I don't think there are rest rooms. Nice views and worth stopping by if you are in the area but I would not recommend to go out of the way for it.

Having lived in Larchmont for 15 years, we took Manor Park for granted. Now that we've been gone for 10 years we realize how lucky we were to have this in our own backyard. Spectacular views of Long Island Sound year-round with amazing sun-sets, gathering storm-clouds, and calm, glass-like water some days to raging waves another.

This is a nice park with views across the sound of the north shore of Long Island. It is a great place to let the kids run and burn off some excess energy.

This is a very nice part of Larchmont and the park is on the sea shore - so an excellent place to walk, stroll with your dog or to play with your kids

When walking through Manor Park, one may see locals exercising, kids climbing the rocks near the water, and couples sitting in the gazebo overlooking the Sound. This is a great place to take a walk or to just sit and read a book.

A walk in Manor Park is always a treat, even in the rain. I love to bring my phone and find myself snapping photos: at sunset, in the rain, on a sunny spring day, whenever. And if you listen to your fellow park-goers, you are sure to hear many languages as you walk.

About 35 years ago I chose to move to Larchmont (from London), and the number one reason was Larchmont Manor Park. I was determined to find a home within a 40 minute train ride to Manhattan, and stopped looking when I set foot in this park. Even all those years ago, there were few such pristine places where you could get away from it all, perhaps with the Sunday Times, to enjoy a lovely view, and take a deep breath. All these years later, I still get in my car and drive to "the water," only now I'm retired and can do so any day of the week.

Yes, parking along the road adjacent to the park is free.

It is a small public park. The entrance is free, parking is on the street (there is no parking lot) and there is just a small walking trail along the sea, one mile at the most. I hope this helps.

No fee to enter, it’s 1/4 mile at most. It’s a beautiful park with many seating areas facing Long Island sound.
