DO NOT BOOK!!
I booked a ride to Newark airport from a friends house (with my baby and mom). The distance to the airport was 10mil and approx 15 min ride.
When I first book- they give me an estimate of 95 usd, which was pricey but I was ok with it since I didn’t have a car seat- and my friend couldn’t give me a ride at the time. (Initial flight was cancelled)
So I went ahead with booking with Kidmoto.
When the driver pulled up and we were getting in the car. The car smelled like weed/cigarettes. And the car seat had stains and ripped fabric!! It was AWFUL!! I was so upset! But my back was against the wall, so I went ahead with the ride!!
Later I find they charged me 198.88!!!!
With that price, I could have made multiple trips in Uber and even bought a car seat!!
POOR SERVICE AND OUTRAGEOUS PRICES!
I did email the company and express all of the above and requested a price break down!
Below is their reply.

Travel for one night to Boston for a conference with my 18mo. Very easy to book and driver was professional and accommodating. She was prepared with a car seat for my child and the ride was safe to our hotel and back to the airport. Only downside is it’s extremely expensive which for me what covered by my job but in other cases if I were paying out of pocket I would look at public transit options if I didn’t want to bring a car seat.

Johan was great and provided GREAT service. We had 4 adults and 2 kids in car seats and everything was perfect and the car was new and clean and fit all of us and our luggage. Jahan met us inside the terminal at baggage claim and escorted us to the exit and went and brought the car. A+++++++++++

We used Kidmoto in Philadelphia over Thanksgiving weekend. The cars were very clean, the car seats were well installed, they had some treats for kids, and the drivers were really nice and polite. We will use this service again.

We booked with KidMoto based on reviews we read here. If you are hesitating, don’t.
We are grandparents traveling with our daughter and 1 year old grandson. Instead of the hassle of traveling with a car seat and having to install it in a taxi, we decided to book Kidmoto to and from the airport. We are extremely happy we did!
The drivers were excellent! Arrived on time and really extremely helpful. We had loads and loads of luggage and they did their best to fit all our bags in the vehicles. We had drivers Manpreet (from the airport) and Martin (to the airport). I can’t thank them both enough for the excellent, professional job they did. They were both exceedingly kind.
The vehicles were clean as well as the car seats. My daughter is very picky about car seats and she was very happy about the ones used.
Communication with the company was amazing. They were in touch by email and text. They were prompt in confirming the reservations, information about the drivers and arrival times.
In short, when traveling with a child needing a car seat, I would not hesitate to book them again. They truly took the stress out of traveling with a toddler.

We used Kid Moto to travel from the airport to our hotel in Miami Beach. Norman was an excellent driver, was very sweet to our girls, and had a very clean car. It was an excellent experience and so much more convenient than lugging carseats through the airport. Also the car seats were quality, correctly installed, and very clean. Norman also knew exactly how to use the car seats. I have booked car services with carseats before and the seats often are not very clean and the driver has no idea how they work. I will definitely use Kidmoto again!

Posting this for awareness since my sister-in-law apparently had a bad experience with this car service too. Looking back on a past KidMoto experience, I'm deeply disappointed. Our 4 am reservation suffered a driver switch at literally the last minute. Their team seemed to lack training and professionalism. The replacement driver they sent me was 20 minutes late, despite being nearby on the app. Parked 100 feet from our hotel, he delayed us for 30 crucial minutes due to slow car seat installation, jeopardizing our 6 am flight from JFK. Throughout the drive, the driver's behavior was concerning: swerving, slow speeds, and near misses with the tunnel wall inside the Midtown Tunnel. The car was dirty and the driver's demeanor was rude and reckless. Never opting for KidMoto again. For your family's safety, choose wisely.
