Rented a bike from here and enjoyed hitting the trails. Great experience for sure! My brother and I made a reservation online the day prior and our bikes were ready and available at 9 am the following day. Super reliable and on time!

We came in from out of town and needed a last-minute rental. Staff was entirely friendly and gave us a great first impression of Sedona and locals. Loved their attitude toward us and their job! Thank you

Most obliging and efficient service, super polite and friendly. Rented road bike and mountain bike, north very comfortable.

Good location (right near the trails in Oak Creek village, so you can ride directly from the rental office). Fast check-in and check-out, helmets provided.
We rented Marin Hawks. Nice bikes, but the derailers were beat to you know what. Mine fell off every time I tried to shift up. My son's derailer fell off EVERY time he shifted. We learned to just NOT shift, and we both came home with black hands from putting chains back on. Still worth the ride in the beautiful Sedona desert. The trails here are top notch.

Nathan was ready with our road bikes and was very helpful suggesting good places to ride( new pavement, few cars). The bikes were great (Specialized Roubaix), in great condition.

The location of the bike shop is perfect, right by the Bell Rock Pathway and Big Park Loops in Sedona. The guys working were very helpful in making sure our rental bikes were adjusted correctly and in making recommendations for rides. We were able to ride from the shop to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. It made for a fun afternoon!

If you visiting the Sedona area for the purpose of mountain biking, then your best bet for a starting point is Oak Creek. It's a couple of miles south of Sedona and a lot of the great trails are best accessed from here. It's also where Absolute Bikes is located, at the edge of town right near the major trailheads. Fabulous. Add to that the fact that the store is staffed with excellent folks that are both friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell this place is both well positioned and super-competent. They also have a very good selection higher-end rental bikes if you visiting from afar like I was. I would highly recommend this store for all of your biking needs.

We rented 2 bikes last week and they were in very good condition. The staff was helpful in guiding us on where to bike and fitting our bike. In addition, the price was better than other neaby shops. Will definetely recommand that shop

For our bike ride with a tour outfit we met here and Absolute Bikes provided the hardware for our ride (See review Self Propelled Tours). We were received graciously on the phone the night before the ride and upon arrival that morning. We were fitted to our brand new Shimano 105 equipped Specialized carbon road bikes. For a rental, the bike was adjusted perfectly to me so no saddle soreness later at all. After the ride I talked tech to one of the mechanics and discovered they really know their stuff. I would recommend Absolute Bikes for repairs and rentals without reservation.

Visiting from out of town and my front brake seized up! One can't be on a mountain bike vacation and ride those awesome trails with their front brake on! So I called absolute bikes, they had the brake I needed and got me in and out quickly. The tall mechanic was friendly and super helpful. He even adjusted my rear brake as well. He also charged a very fair price. Thanks tall mechanic guy at Absolute Bikes!
