I’ve been fishing my whole life and Capt Jimmy is hands down the best Capt I’ve ever fished with. From pre trip communication to how nice and clean the boat was this was all around one of the best trips of my life! I did the full day trip and it was definitely worth it. I caught personal best 44lb Striped Bass! I will fishing with Capt Jimmy again in the future, give him a call. You won’t regret it.

An absolutely wonderful adventure, Captain Jim and mate Mike were as helpful, courteous and polite as expected from these two experienced fishermen. We had 6 person group and were treated to the best fishing experience that I could ever had imagined.
We caught monster Strippers consistently, each one of the group brought in numerous fish, what a great time, to share the day with my Son and friends was amazing. All 6 of us are looking forward to next year and obviously going to book again with Captain Jim.. Thank you!!!

Unfortunately, our trip was cancelled this weekend due to weather but the Tailwrapped was great with communication and went out of their way to let us know ahead of time because they knew we were coming throughout the country. Very organized team.

Capt James was absolutely lights out! We went striper fishing and immediately got on monster fish. We hit our limit in 2 hours then finished the day sea bass fishing. He put us right on fish no matter what we went after. All he does is charter fish and he’s the guy to go out with in Montauk. We’ll definitely be back!

Best fishing experience to date. As an avid fisherman I was very impressed with captain Jim’s knowledge and expertise of fishing. He put us on the fish fast. The vessel was very comfortable and equipped with top of the line equipment. If you want to to catch fish. This is the charter to do so. From giant tuna to sea bass Tailwrapped will have you covered.

3rd time on tailwrapped was a success as per usual beautiful conditions, oversized bass(safely released), and a couple of keeper sea bass to wrap things up. I would definitely recommend Tailwrapped for all your fishing needs.

Great time on the boat, amazing environment. Mike and Jim were great to us and went out of their way to make the day an experience to remember. Got to go deep sea fishing with my dad for the first time in a decade and we’re going home with some yellowfin!

Had a great trip today with captain jim. Took my 2 boys (11 and 9). They had a blast. The boat was great and the captain and mate were awesome with the kids. I’ve been fishing in Montauk before and this was the best experience I’ve had. They know the area really well and where to find the fish!
I highly recommend going out with them.
