We have done many catamaran trips all over the world, but never a sunset sail. This did not disappoint. I rented a private cruise for 6 of us. First of all, no transfer was needed. The boat showed up in Armeni Bay right in front of our AirBnB. Pickup time was 4-5 hours before sunset. This allowed us multiple swimming stops before dinner and the sunset. Stop one was a swimming hole where you could either snorkel and/or jump off rocks. We chose snorkeling. The water is very blue where you are dropped off at. It’s a pretty decent swim to the rocks where you will see some fish. Snorkeling was average but that’s not why you are in Greece. The second stop was to a Hot Spring. After a relaxing swim in the Hot Spring, dinner was served. Dinner exceeded my expectations by far. More than enough food for 6 of us which included Greek Salad, Beans, Pasta, Shrimps and Mussels in a tomato sauce and bread. After dinner, we headed back to Armeni while watching the sunset. I am terrible with names but I think we had captain Mario and his first mate was from South Africa. Both of them were fantastic and provided us some history of the island while constantly making sure our glasses were never empty. This excursion was worth every penny and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone or go on it myself again.
The only negative would be that the website reads there is WiFi onboard, but there is no WiFi.

Vaios & his mate George we wonderful. My wife and I we picked up on time from our Villa and taken to the boat. We were welcomed with drinks upon getting on the boat. We were given a choice of sail routes and chose the one we wanted. We did the sunset cruise which is the best way to see the sunset, no need to fight the crowds In Oia.
We stopped for food which was prepared by George and it was a high quality.
We loved everything about our sail except that we should have booked a full day instead of half lol.

Nous avons contacté Vaios sur recommandation,surtout faites comme nous,allez y les yeux fermés,tout est parfait.
Vaios vous explique l’histoire de l’île,il est discret et aux petits soins pour vous.
Le dîner servis à bordeaux était excellent.

An amazing experience, which I recommend to everyone. Captain Vaios and his sailor Giorgos make you feel at home the very first moment you set foot on "Odysseas". Captain Vaios had planed an awesome route, where we got to see all of the islands around Santorini and even got to swim near most of them. He took our wishes into account and was very invested in providing us with an unforgettable day. The sailor, Giorgos, was always nearby providing us with refreshing drinks (their white wine is out of this world). He was also there for us for everything else we asked for and he was also the one to cook the delicious meal that we received. The highlight of the day was the sunset. Captain Vaios found of course the perfect spot for us. All in all an amazing experience. I will be visiting you guys again!

My husband and I were in Greece in May for our honeymoon and visited Santorini. Like most people, we had to cancel our vacation a few times due to Covid - Vaios was very accommodating during these times. Finally we were able to fulfill our dream vacation and I booked a sunset sailing tour through vaios for a honeymoon gift for my husband. What can I say but a dream come true... from the time we were picked up to being dropped off...We had the entire boat to ourselves cruising through the Caldera seeing the most gorgeous views/water. We got to swim in the hot springs, visit all 5 of Santorini's islands and have a beautiful dinner followed by an incredible sunset. The boat was beautiful and extremely clean. The food was extremely yummy!! Vaios and George were amazing during the whole experience. Very professional and accommodating and super organized... the driver was there on time to pick us up, the boat was waiting at the dock for us and we set sail... by the time the sun was set Vaios had positioned himself at the back of all the boats so he could head back to the dock and get there first (else we would've had to wait for others to get off their boats) and our driver had parked at the top of the hill so we weren't stuck in traffic. Would highly highly recommend to anyone visiting Santorini.

If I could rate this trip more than 5 stars I would!! I have been communicating with Viaos for 3 years and because of Covid we had to keep moving our trip. By the time we arrived, I felt we were old friends. Our time together was fabulous. Viaos and George were exceptional, they introduced us to their home, with a passion that was contagious. He took us to some of his favorite places, away from the normal touristy spots. After a swim they prepared us a delicious lunch of homemade delights. Viaos even shared a recipe or two with me. This day was one of the highlighs of our 3 week trip. I am a trip advisor and my standards are rather high and this exceeded any expectations I had. If you can possibly fit this excursion into your schedule you will not be disappointed. It will be the first thing I book on my return trip!!

The best amazing day sailing around the island .I have been on many sailing trips in my life but this is absolutely the best with a quite low price compared with the other tours available at santorin .I had book privet tour for my family of 6.
We were picked up from our hotel at the exact time and driven all across the island to pretty little port of oia where Vaios and his beautiful boat pick us up immediately without any boring papers to fill ( I had sent all names with internet reservation and payed a small deposit ) and off we go… then it was a dream with no worries as him and sailor/cook took care of everything . Very discreet he gave a few interesting facts about the island along the day , in perfect English, but let us mostly chat along as I was with my family ( my husband and kids who are 4 young adults ).The boat is a beautiful very clean about 15 meters with lots of mats so everyone can lie in the sun . We could walk around the boat whenever . The tour is the best even though a windy day he kept us out of the wind , we swam in hot water and a few isolated spot where we were ALONE! Then we went around to the bays of red and white beach and sometimes very close to the shore to show us the beautiful cliffs .He took out the sails when possible and stoped the motor. The snacks and drinks are plenty all along the way but the lunch was amazing, better than most restaurants and cooked on the boat. Then as it was a windy day and we were afraid of the hour against the wind to get back to oia he spontaneously proposed to let us off at the south of the island where our hotel was , and even refunded the 2 hours off of the price of the day which I hadn’t even asked for .Of course the driver was already waiting to take us back to the hotel with a big smile . I don’t know how to thank him for such an incredible day with genuinely nice people around their magnificent island!!!

Truly exceptional day on the water from start to finish. We booked with a family of 8, and every detail was perfection. The crew was friendly and engaged, we felt very safe in their hands, and the food they served was so fresh - one of the better meals we had in Santorini. My family and I think about this experience often and would love to return someday.
