Decided to check this out on our way up from Pennsylvania. Pretty cool to be in all three states at the same time. As others have said, take the main entrance to the cemetery and follow the road to the end. Now they have posted a sign at the entrance that says tri-state rock. There’s a small parking lot at the end and write down the hill by the water is the rock.

Do not set this as you GPS point as your GPS will try to stop you on the interstate (apple) or take you across the river to the campground (google). Set your GPS to Laurel Grove Cemetery. Once you pull into the cemetery just follow the road (it's one way) all the way to the very back of the cemetery (it's pretty far back just keep driving). You'll come to a small parking area (like 3 spots). Park here. You'll have to get out of your car and walk down to the rock (there's not really a path but it wasn't hard to get to) beware it's a little muddy. Then you can get a picture of yourself in 3 states and get right back in your car. Honestly we only stopped because having a NJ stop meant we visited a full dozen states in one trip.

Worth a quick stop. As others have said, difficult to find. But unlike others, I’ll tell you how to find it, bc Apple was just going to have us drive back and forth on the interstate overhead. Go to Laurel Grove Florist and then look for the vehicle entrance to the Laurel Grove Cemetery. Drive to the back, where there is some parking. Go down the embankment and there, in all its glory, is a very basic granite block. But much like Four Corners, it’s cool to say you were in all the states at one time.

I was passing through and thought it would be fun to stop here at the tri-state marker. Google Maps navigated me to the exit for the cemetery one-way road - the correct spot to enter the cemetery is here: 41.36163648394532, -74.68577245353585 right from East Main Street. Take care when driving through the cemetery, there were a few folks walking who didn't really move aside for my car even though the road was tight and I was going slowly. There's room for about 6 cars at the end of the cemetery. I didn't make my way down to the water since there were a few folks fishing and didn't want to bother them. Enjoyed the view and then headed off into PA via the bridge overhead.

Note the entry is not obvious being thru the cemetery.
Just something to do if you are in the area. Make sure the river is not at flood stage if you are visiting as it is not too far above the river.
Decent parking once you are through the cemetery.

I guess three states have to meet somewhere. Easy to find and stumble on it shows how the river has moved in all these years.

The journey to find this hidden gem was pretty cool. My teenage daughters both thought it was awesome that this marker is behind a crave yard, under a bridge, and at the foot of a river. A must visit ...will actually be going back to show my necessary when they come out in a few months

Unique thing to do when visiting an area - this was an easy one to find and we enjoyed our walk through the pretty cemetery to get to it. Good change to stretch our legs on our trip to the area.

It’s a really small area and it literally takes 5 minutes to look at it, but it’s pretty cool...not to mention you have to,drive thru the old cemetery to get to it. Definitely different.
The only thing that killed it is the graffiti that’s all over the place and the litter..

Everyones keeps saying how difficult it is to find. Maybe a slight bit tricky, but it’s really kind of interesting in a haunting way as you have to drive through an old graveyard and down a very narrow road alongside the Delaware canal. I found it kind of fascinating or bewitching that it was found at the end of the graveyard pass through. Like something out of a fantasy movie. Maybe visiting around sunset would be fun.
As mentioned, no “bells and whistles” when you arrive at the rock. A slightly steep & short embankment (no stairs/hold an arm), and the tri-state rock at the waters edge.
Not worthy of a planned daytrip, but if you have other plans in the area(High Point State Park/etc.) then def check it out.
