This Place is truly amazing, it's great for me and my family, who love puzzles and escape rooms, but are really bad at them, the stories we played are challenging, but not unfair, and they really strike the right balance

I went to one of the events that this venue hosts; it was a vampire masquerade ball that time, but you can book your own special event or call ahead for an hour long adventure! There are themes of time travel, steam punk, haunted objects, and more. This venue is very family-friendly and even has after dark events for adults.

Very fun, make you think and have a great time!!
Recommended !!! Take the 1 hour and maybe a couple of the adventures as you really enjoy looking around finding clues.

This was my 6th time at the Museum of Intrigue, and I believe it was my favorite!
My sister and I have come together 4 times now so we decided to do the Cold Case together, and we had a blast! I think we've learned how to solve the puzzles better each time, so we were fairly confident, and it was a really fun story with a great ending!
The staff are always great and make the experience something you want to come back for!

Great idea for family interactive event. Amazing detail. I can say that it was a little overwhelming at first but after asking our “guide” for some hints we started to really problem solve and make progress. I would suggest incorporating this into your activities while visiting Destiny if you enjoy problem solving and puzzle solving while immersed in a story

This was a very unique and fun experience. The staff was wonderful and stayed in character the entire time. I couldn’t say enough about how fun this experience for our entire family ages 8 - adult. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 would go back!

My fiancé and I had an AWESOME time! It's not like your typical escape room - much more relaxed and you are free to roam through the different themed areas.
We did one of the shorter puzzles - they have lots of options of different themes and lengths. The clues are very clever and the sets are incredible! Very detailed and immersive. Lonnie was our guide, he is funny and gave just the right amount of help. He really wanted to make sure we were having fun - which we were!
They also offer sensory bags for guests who may have these needs. We did not but it was really nice to see this option and tells me that they are a place that cares about their guests having the best time possible.
I highly recommend the Museum of Intrigue for anyone visiting the Syracuse area. It was a super unique experience, and I can't wait to try another puzzle!!

Great experience. Our young kids were very into it and it was the prefect level for them to have some autonomy in the game, which made them feel included. Very cool concept. Went twice in 24h as we are from out of town. Will be back!

I have visited twice so far and both experiences were fantastic! The first time was with my family (Mom, Dad, two sons (12 and 10)). We played the prologue game "The Treasure of Captain Williams". It impressed me enough to recommend to my gaming group to organize a trip. It is two hours away for us so we booked a half day for four adventures. Our group of seven were all happy with the experience. We appreciated the variety of experiences between the adventures, the openness of the game space and the enthusiasm shared with the staff. The staff will help you as much or as little with the adventures as you want.

Are there areas to sit and rest or is the experience only available from standing the entire time? Is the Museum close to an entrance to the Mall? Long standing and walking is difficult for me.

We can provide you with a chair to rest in if needed, we have many of them in the space, and the nearest entrance is the Cheesecake Factory.
