Unfortunately, even with a limited selection and long lines at the bar, the drinks will flow! Expect to have your viewing obstructed constantly by people walking in front of you to replenish their drinks. You expect that at a rock concert, not at a Broadway play. Theatre manners are sorely lacking by theatre goers at the Landmark.

I believe so. We were on an upper level for Matilda & it was great! The theatre seating is not super deep like it is at the civic center.

I also have a disability so let me share my viewpoint with you. Your best bet is to sit on the first floor within the first 10 rows of the orchestra section. Center section is best. If you can get seats on the inside aisle of the side sections, you will have a better view of the action than if you sit in the center of the side sections or near the walls. If you choose to sit in the balcony, bring good binoculars and wait for most of the audience to exit after the show. The Landmark is an 80 year old venue and has been restored to its original ornate beauty. It seats 2900 and there's usually a full house. Sitting in the front of the first floor audience seating will also give you a quick access to the side door exits, avoiding having to plow through masses of people exiting through the main doors in the front of the building. Have fun and do enjoy the splendor of the 1927 era (and the show!)
