Last weekend my partner and I went to the Paddleboat hire shop and the experience was amazing, the clothes were so comfortable and the customer service was impeccable. Bill was very helpful and he made the experience seamless.

We had a really great experience with Surf mania.
Simple, well priced and really helpful.
They explained what we needed to do, and put us at ease.

Excellent shop! The staff are more than happy to help out with anything you might be after from paddle boat hire to surf clothing. I'll be back for sure.

Surf Mania is run by extremely friendly & well informed staff who are really familiar with all their surf items. As someone who is not very confident in surfing and does not know much about the activity, I appreciated their help in guiding me to which gear to use. I will most definitely be returning again for more affordable surf gear. Thankyou for a great experience 😊

The only surf board/paddle hire shop where they offered up some advice on where to paddle - very helpful since I'm a beginner. I tried another hire place that who didn't want to help at all! And Bill doing the rentals is great! Even proactively recommending to me a different size board based on the surf conditions. Great bunch of genuine helpful people! Keep it up! :)

I took my family into the store on our holiday and were really surprised by all they had to offer. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Will head back when we're in town next.

I booked a couple of paddle boards on Saturday for the whole day for me and my kids. It was 35 degrees (hot!) and these boards were the perfect addition to the day and kept us occupied for many, many hours. My kids had an absolute blast in the water and have not stopped bugging me to go back this weekend. The service was really great, they were very helpful and informative and spent plenty of time with us setting us up as I had never done it before.
