Unfortunately we offer a very weather-dependent activity and sometimes despite the weather looking perfect on the ground, it can be very different at 15,000ft in the air. Customer safety is our priority - we’ll never rush through the process and risk providing an unsafe experience. It is stated in our Terms and Conditions that if a skydive is cancelled due to weather that we will provide a credit to jump which can be transferable to any of our locations in Australia. We are sorry to hear that your son and his friend were unable to jump after making such a long journey. Their credit is valid for 12 months so we hope that they are able to rebook for our Perth location or any of our other locations in Australia.
