Davina the drop is a dope of a purported customer interaction person, who when under the small amount of questioning
about thinks she should well and truly be knowledgeable on she gets flustered,and angry and ask people to leave. Not a very nice walpole, the hole. Stop and stay somewhere else. By pass this town.

Stopped in here to get some information about the walks and attractions of the area. Rick was extremely helpful and highlighted all the spots on the map which were relevant to us. We had a fair few maps but it was his that we used the most while there. He was very knowledgeable about the area and his enthusiasm and love of the area really shone through. The gift shop there was also lovely.

A lovely gift shop without tacky, junky rubbish, my wife bought quite a few lovely things , and the lady operating knew it all, and there were plenty of brochures and maps ( Yes the paper one's)

We attended the centre a couple of times during our stay and found the staff knowledgeable and very friendly. On a busy day in town when the cafes and bakeries had queues for coffee, the little $3 coffee machine was very welcome.

Staff enthusiastic, very friendly and well informed. We particularly liked the short (2km) walk right behind the Centre, suitable for dogs and children, or just on your own.
