I usually don't write reviews, but this experience was unlike any other. At first glance I was debating whether or not to try it out for myself and thankfully did. I went on course with many emotions going through my head and trying out which I was comfortable with. Tommy was very eager to help in which he guided me through many obstacles I would of never thought of doing. I am very pleased by the alertness of the staff. He followed me up to zip line and I ended up having a wonderful time.

Waited on line for over an hour and when it was our turn the guy came out from behind the counter and said he was at capacity and we would have to wait 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Very unprofessional.

Awful customer service. There was a Full line of families for over 45 min just to suddenly be told they weren't selling tickets for at least an hour and we would be waiting a very long time. Wouldn't even sell tickets and let us come back later told someone in each party they should wait the hour and a half u til maybe they decided to sell tickets. Very frustrating when everyone has children and has to explain we came here for no reason.

Bought tickets on groupon you couldn’t make a rsvp in advance. Get to the mall wait on line 45 minutes get up to hand in the groupon and told us they aren’t letting anyone else on for an hour to an hour and a half. There is no info posted, not enough people working and the man behind the desk was rude. The line was long and they did not give the crowd any information. Go during the week when they open its way too crowded and unorganized on the weekend.

I really liked that this adventure was Spur of the moment.. There were no lines because the worker was fast at getting climbers on. Safety was a #1 concern. The workers were kind and courteous to all climbers. The price was reasonable..

So I did this a few years ago with a friend. Keep in mind - we were in our twenties. And I have to say - it was actually a lot of fun. It was not a full day activity, but for a solid hour we were having some fun. It can get busy at times - so do be aware of that - but if planned correctly, it could definitely add to an otherwise boring trip to the mall or spruce up a date!

I took a 10 and 6 year old and they seemed to really enjoy it! We arrived at about 11:15 when they opened and stayed for 1.5 hours. Their favorite part was definitely the zip line at the top which they both did multiple times. I was grateful that my 6 year old, who is a little small (47") was still allowed on the main attraction because the kids one would have been too small for him. Having to ensure your harness doesn't get stuck is a bit of a hassle for small kids but they got used to it and having someone with them is helpful). Would definitely recommend (especially if you buy a groupon for it! Much better deal!)

My 6 year old daughter, who is normally not adventurous at all, did the whole obstacle course on her own!!!! We have LENNY to thank for this! As soon as we met him, he made us feel safe and excited. He assured us that she would have a blast and SHE DID! Normally, my daughter would never agree to do something like this, especially without mom next to her. Lenny made it so fun that she wasn't worried for a second. What an amazing experience and confidence booster for my little one! We'll be back for sure. Thank you Lenny!

Went to the Climb with 5 kids ranging in age from 7-13. Every employee we encountered was helpful and extremely patient. When the 7 year old got nervous and wanted to stop, they helped him down but also spoke to him in a way that made him feel excited to have tried. And when my son who has autism was scared to begin the zip line, Tatiana assisted him in a gentle and non-intrusive way... he was so thrilled, he ended up doing the zip line 3 more times! All in all, a great thing for a group of kids to do together on a cold day.

I live in L.A. and i used to go to the mall a lot when I still lived in NY. I want to go to the mall and go on this little adventure. But i don't know how the mall has changed. What are the rules and is this more fun solo or with a group?

42 inches minimum to enter the course with an escort, 48 inches to enter the course without an escort, if you are under 48 inches we do have the sky tykes ropes course which is designed for toddlers under 48 inches

The price is $16.99 per person little kidslike I think 6 and under 8.99$.but you can look it up on line the can provide you with more information. There are also lots of restaurant choices on the top floor for after.Enjoy🙌

no need to make a reservation (unless you are a large group or looking for a birthday party)
we currently do not offer an online purchasing option so all purchases must be completed when you visit the course
and we the climb is for all ages
