Inattentive service - did not focus on birthday group that was in full attendance and booked a month ago- rather gave full attention to a group that walked in from the street. We had a birthday party for our 11 year old attended by 15 kids. Yasmine kept us waiting for 20 minutes while she accommodated walk-in guests. This made us late for our lunch appointment that had a domino effect with parents arriving to pick up kids that hadn’t finished eating. Also the experience was not calibrated for 11 year olds with some clues needing one to take a photo to compare - which the adults could do. The clues could have been better calibrated. Would not recommend for a birthday venue for Adolescents.

This was super fun and just the right amount of challenge! Staff was great as well. Super clean, love that it’s always private. Had a great time with family and friends. Highly recommend.

Family did the vampire room with an 8 and 10 year old and grandparents; everyone had a blast and was invested in getting to the next step. Very fun experience!

Phenomenal! Spectacular! Unforgettable! SO MUCH FUN FOR EVERYONE! We did go back and do it again since it was so much fun. These Escape Rooms are TOP NOTCH! Go with confidence and bring your sense of fun.....and some smart friends for an adventure! Each room is different. Right now they even have live elements for some Halloween fun. This is beyond safe during these times, and gives you a chance to laugh and enjoy your friends and family. Don't think twice - Book a room or TWO!!! The staff is professional, and enhances the experience. Give it a try!!!

It was awesome. Our gamemaster, Sam, brought out puzzles for us to solve beforehand while we waited for our teammate, and we had so much fun in the room; we were all extremely immersed :) Thanks, Sam, for a great evening!

Absolutely LOVED our experience! My husband and I brought our sons and one of their friends for a birthday treat, and we all loved it! We did "The Surgery", but now we want to go back and do the others as well. It's designed so well and loved all of the props, puzzles, everything. 10/10 recommend and as mentioned, we will be back for more!

I highly recommend booking The Surgery room. The staff is really friendly and it is very clean. The clues are challenging and it is a fun activity for 3 or more people. We did this room with just 3 of us and solved the puzzle successfully! This was our second time booking an escape room. Previously we did The Vampire room. Book the escape room in advance to make sure you get the day and time you want!

Our adult family of five went for the second time and had a great time. The escape rooms are well designed and challenging and the people who work there really seem to enjoy what they do. We did the Heist last year and did the Alien Conspiracy yesterday. Both were terrific fun.

A few friends and I decided to go to The Puzzle Parlour for the Surgery theme room. When you first walk in there are a few puzzles and games to play while you wait. Our group started about 20 minutes late because there was no one at the front desk. But when the lady came she was very nice and got us started right away. The surgery theme and props were unique and made the room interesting. I liked that you had to go through multiple rooms to solve the puzzles to escape. I found one or two of the riddles to be very difficult but we did recieve clues when we asked. Overall it was a very fun experience that I would recommend!

Yes we only do private bookings so it would just be you and your son in the room. The price varies based on your group size so the more people you bring, the lower the price is per person.
