The customer service was excellent! The variety of merchandise is great! The tee shirt selection is awesome due to selection of sizes offered and the quality of the tee shirts!

I really enjoyed browsing in this store. It is a large store, so social distancing was pretty easy. If I had been looking for a t-shirt, I would have found it here; they have a lot of unique local t-shirts. They also have quality unique gifts, home decor, and Christmas items. This store is open later into the evening than most of the shops in Bryson City. Highly recommend a browse.

I loved this place. Quaint, cozy, unique items and gifts. The shirts are what stole my heart as I’m on a budget! They had me laughing out loud and are nice quality as well. The staff were both very friendly and let me take my dog in with me. I recommend!

A great diverse shop of multi culture items and eclectic pieces! We purchased a T-shirt and Hat, also over novelty gifts as souvenirs....Loved walking downtown and browsing all the areas. Recommend and enjoyed the time spent and items purchased! Loved the two chairs sitting out front~

We walked in and immediately saw two members of the staff, neither spoke to us. So we continued down the aisles and picked up a few things we liked. We walked right by a staff member again, and they didn't speak or acknowledge us. So when we went to the nest aisle and I found a shirt I really liked but not in my size, I didn't even bother to ask anyone. Instead we got to the checkout with our purchases and the lady behind the counter, again, didn't speak a word to us until my husband said "How are you today?". Then she spoke back. I thought it was pretty rude to not speak, not even a "Hope you found everything today", etc. until my husband spoke first. We own a business as well and he is a people person so she spoke to him after he initiated the conversation but I felt unwelcome and was ready to get out of there. I did like the shirts we got.

Rode the train recently and visited the Loose Moose store. Nice place for items. I purchased shirts and one of their coffee mugs with the loose moose on it. Love it and should have bought a set of 12 instead of just one. Is there a way to purchase more through the mail or via phone? unfortunately it is too far away to drive for more. Let me know please. Thxs.

What a cool little shop; there is plenty to see and shop for, from unusual items to decorations for the home and yard. They also have lots of t-shirts to pick from as well.
