The uptown Segway tour with Charlotte NC was an amazing experience and the highlight of my visit to Charlotte NC. Everyone was great to deal with. Carol was extremely responsive and detail oriented. Isaiah our tour guide was a wealth of information. He ensured our safety and made the entire experience fun. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in the history and beauty of Charlotte NC.

I highly recommend this tour to anyone who has never been to this beautiful city. The city is gorgeous and riding the segway was a lot of fun. Rod was a wonderful tour guide and such a kind gentleman. This was the highlight of my week!

The tour was fun and informative. Our guide Rod was terrific! He was knowledgeable and also quite funny. We learned a great deal about Charlotte and its rich history.

Isaiah did a great job. I really appreciated his passion for Charlotte’s history and learned a lot of interesting facts about the area I would have never known otherwise. Afterwards I walked around the city with a different lens. I was the only person on my tour and he was also very patient and accommodating to my slower pace on the Segway. Would definitely recommend this tour!

Our first visit to Charlotte was unexpectedly highlighted by this Segway tour! We were a group of three couples in our 50s and 60s, all new to Segways and a bit apprehensive. However, Ron and James provided patient and thorough individual training, even though the training site was on a sloped sidewalk with no flat areas nearby. When one of us felt uneasy, James graciously offered to pull them along for the tour so they wouldn’t miss out. Wow. It took us all 5-10 minutes to get comfortable on the Segways, and then we all had a blast.
We cover a little over two miles, exploring all four wards of Charlotte, enjoying its community parks, historic homes, financial district, and sports complexes. James was an engaging guide, offering helpful tips for our visit. This unique experience was worth every penny and made us fans of Segways. We’re so impressed with both the tour company and the beautiful city of Charlotte. I’ll definitely seek out Segway tours on future trips! Five Stars for James!

Great intro to Charlotte and its neighborhoods. James, our guide was awesome, had so much knowledge, and was very patient with our group of newbie Segway riders. Great experience - highly recommended!

From start to finish, very professional. James our guide made sure everyone was trained on the Segway before we took off and also assisted my wife until she became more comfortable on the Segway. Nice tour of the 4 wards of Charlotte and their respective parks and learning some old and newchistory of the city. James was great! Highly recommend.

Rod was an excellent tour guide, he was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. His training on the Segway made us feel comfortable and ready for the tour. Also had great restaurant recommendations, we had Midwood BBQ per his suggestion and it was very good!

This tour was so much fun!
It was clear that our tour guide, Rod, loves Charlotte and knows it well. He gave us a very informative and personal tour. His natural talent for teaching made learning to pilot a Segway easy and learning about Charlotte interesting.
The Segway was great for covering a lot of ground and, despite my initial nerves, it was fun and I felt comfortable quickly with Rod's training.
We would highly recommend this tour! And hope you'll get Rod for your guide too!
