This was one of the best massages I have ever had! Sean did a phenomenal job, he made sure to regularly check the pressure was okay and provided such a calm/serene environment. I would get another massage from him the next time I’m back in Charlotte. Amazing!!

Ife Gordon made us feel so relaxed and comfortable on our visit today! She was very connected to our needs of relaxation! She deserved a bonus in my book!

Nila Patel was my massage therapist and did a phenomenal job. She asked great questions beforehand, and remained communicative throughout the process. I would definitely go back to see her again.

We were staying at the JW & decided to try the spa for facials. Nila was wonderful for both my friend and I in giving a wonderful facial. She was so friendly & seems to really enjoy her job. The products all smell dreamy & we were both so glowy when we left. Ife at the front desk was also great & provided us with a warm welcome & champagne upon arrival. Thank you!

I went in for a last minute prenatal massage. Nila Patel was my massage therapist and she did a great job. She walked me through everything she was doing and the benefits of doing it for a mommy to be like me. Safe to say I went home completely relaxed and the majority of my aches and pains while pregnant have gone away. Would highly recommend Nila for your next prenatal massage.

I had a wonderful spa experience with Nila . She is so tiny yet very strong. I enjoyed every minute of my deep tissue massage. I would 100 percent recommend her and I will be returning in the future.
