This is just a fun place all around. So many games and things to do. There is food and ice cream available also! Staff was very nice.

What a ridiculous tourist trap and super spreader of Covid-19. This is just like being at the boardwalk at the shore. Kids running all around the building unsupervised, no masks, touching everything and not using sanitizer. We walked in and saw the uncontrolled mess and left. I wouldn't spend any time or money here for fear of our health.

We took a group of foster kids to the Factory in Franklin and they were SO good to us!!! They couldn’t have been more welcoming, and went above and beyond to give us a good experience. It was so fun and they have so many things to do. And the coffee shop is such a cozy place; one of our girls loves to go just to sit and read in the cafe while the other kids play. Very thankful to the Factory for a great day!

Video games have come a long way since I was a kid. The prices reflect the times. They are more then what I remember as a kid but worth it for sure. We had a great time and plan to do it again

Tons of options here. Jumping, arcade, mini golf, go karts and food! Pizza isn’t bad and tacos were okay. Fun family outing.

Upon entering this place lit off my inner child, all I could think of was jamming quarters down into each and every machine. Now that being said, you have to go up and put money on one of the cards that they use to scan into the games. They have so many that you will be taken back by the amount. I enjoyed the fact that a lot of the machines gave tickets out and that was very fun too. They also have activities that you can do such as lazer tag and mini golf. The atmotsphere was terrific. Their staff was friendly and helpful. This is a must do if you go to Franklin.

I have visited this place for years! We drive 45 min to bring our kids. Over the last year it has went down hill and the last 6 month has just been a complete waste of money!! My last visit we could never find anyone running the attraction we had to go hunt someone down. Staff was standing around goofing off. One guy told me I would have to come back because he was playing Games right now on his break. So I went to jump factory and stood forever for this guy to figure out how to give the discount. The whole staff was Very rude and clueless to every question you ask. They all act like it’s there very first night. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of training or what but I can definitely say it’s not like it use to be..,

I went with a group of friends in March of 2019 and had a great time. Place was super fun but the staff we interacted with was rude.
I'll start by saying that the younger girl at the front selling us our tickets was very friendly (but the others at the front werent as much)
When paying for mini golf the guy was irritated that the four of us wanted to pay separately and showed his irritation. When we came back to return our putters and golf balls, he rolled his eyes as he saw us walking up and after he took the putters he had a snarky tone telling us where to put the balls at. The guy at the bumper cars station didnt say anything to us - he just took our cards and pointed where to go. Then when we were done, he didnt say anything but a sound when we thanked him.
Overall, had a great time. Games were fun. Food was good. Staff just wasnt the most friendly.

A great place for kids, grand kids and grandkids parents. Also, every game imagaginable and safe. Don't have to worry and get hand stamped like an urban Chuck E Cheese. Highly recommend.

So I saw that it has poor service if you’re not from around here; while we are from SC we are transplants but definitely didn’t notice any issues. There are a lot of things to do. Kids enjoyed themselves and there weren’t many people so they had the run of the place. Food closed an hour before the rest, but that is expected.Ticket munchers - 3/4 were broken. Games were okay. Some were old, some were broken. Mini golf was just 9 holes. Laser Tag was “great” per the kids. Didn’t try go carts or bounce. Laser maze was crap though. Kids give it a 3 out of 5. I went with 4 due to variety and prices were reasonable.
