We had a very nice time at Justus Orchards. The process was simple - no charge to do U-Pick in the orchards; the rows of apple trees were all clearly marked with the apple type, and the rows of trees with apples that were not yet ripe were also marked. There were plenty of apples available in the orchard for the ripe apple varieties, and you could fill up your bag with other apples in the store if you wanted. It was an easy walk from the store to the U-pick areas. Would definitely recommend Justus Orchards.

For over 20 years we rely on Don and Margo Justus for great apples. We got a bushel and a half this morning and now our kitchen smells great as we make apple butter. We are too lazy to pick our own apples but we have often taken our Grands to pick thornless Blackberrys. With 45 acres of apples it is easy to find the variety you like best.

You know it's for the tourists, but it's still fun. Try the fresh apple cider doughnuts. The cider is really good and, of course, picking apples.

We really enjoyed our visit. Recommend the mornings before the crowd gets there. Only downside is they only have port-o-johns.

Justus provides a large variety of delicious mountain apples. Friendly staff and fun for a family or couples. Love the apple cider slushy and doughnuts, too!

We have been going to pick apples at Justus Orchard for years and years. Our last visit we tried the fried apple pies, and I have to say that in our opinion they are the best around.

Our group of 22 enjoyed shopping here. They have a wide variety of apples.
They have jellies, apple butter, salsa, etc. They also have pastries such as apple fritters with ice cream. There was plenty of parking spaces

We decided to try this smaller, family owned farm for our apple picking this year and they did not disappoint. Our favorite were the plump and perfect blackberries. The owners are onsite and very friendly. We will be back!

A beautiful location with a huge store, unfortunately apples were out of season and most display bins were empty. We did buy some jam, apple cider and fudge. Would like to return next year during apple season.

My wife and I drove up from Columbia, SC today. Been doing that for over 20 years, every year. Today the apples were $44 per bushel. I thought that was a little high but was told frost killed 80% of the crop, so I can accept that. Until I left and stopped by Grandads apples and they had more varieties and were $35 per bushel. Too late, I had already purchased 3 bushels from Justus. But then I got home, the first apple out of the bag was old. It was not crisp and juicy, but soft and grainy like it was months old. I'm not sure what's going on there but I spent over $130 on apples and they are not what you would expect from a place like this. Not sure I'll be back. If I do go back, I'll be doing some comparison before I purchase.
